Coming back to this review.. a year later and the prices have shot up and the rewards program has gone down. I used to get a coffee every single day. But now it is just far too expensive. It used to be: Buy one gift card and load $35 on it and get a free 16oz coffee. Now you don’t get a free coffee till you buy like 20 drinks. No bday drinks either. They used to be great. But their coffee does not live up to the prices. I miss them for sure! There’s a 70/30 chance the large coffees ratios will be off, so word to the wise. Only buy a 16oz. Guarantees good coffee since and you’re paying beyond premium prices, might as well make it count.

I used to love going to this location, however lately the wait time is horrible! The lane I was in was moving extremely slow compared to the other lane. When I got up to the window the young gal was on her cell phone scrolling away I had to say hi to grab her attention, the other gal was working away. The other gal finished my coffee I had to motion for her to hand it yo me as she was on her phone. I really take my coffee seriously as I’m in a hurry in the morning and I feel that I should not have to wait for someone who’s on their cell phone to get my coffee.
