Epic Entertainment Exchange — Local services in Longview

I bought a PSP recently. I went to Epic, they had tons of games for the system and also she went out of her way to look for games i was interested in. I got a great price for Paradise Eve 3rd Birthday. On line that game expensive. She also hooked me up with a good price for a data card. I recommend if your looking for great games and gear go to them...thanks for a great experience! So another Awesome thing the Epic Family did for me is replace my ps4 with another because the previous one had a issue. They didn’t question me they were very concerned for my gaming experience. They replaced my console for a upgraded one... who does that now a days. I always have a great time there when I come in. I am beyond myself for there coolness and definitely the professionalism the couple shows to all their customers and friends. No joke have trade ins on games, consoles other gaming gear... come in I promise you won’t be disappointed...thanks...

This store was literally that absolute best in the entire city. They haven't been open since covid started. They STILL have a sign up saying they would be opening early/mid summer this year. It's now almost December and not once has it been open. Lights are always on, they are never there. The people who own the place are seriously the most wonderful people. So so kind. Just wish they would have updated or just told us they were shutting down. It's been almost 3 years. They won't even respond to their Facebook account. They are still able to somehow pay for the plot they have rented. Because it hasn't been shut down by the owners of the plot.

This store is fantastic! My girlfriend and I are regulars here and if we're looking for a game or movie at the lowest price in town, we'll go straight here. The owners are super nice and even have contacts to other stores to help you find a game if they don't have it available at the time. I asked about some good horror games for Halloween and one of the owners actually helped me look for some of their favorite titles that they thought I might be interested in (I ended up buying Alan Wake). This is honestly my favorite store in town and I make visits very frequently. I highly recommend stopping by next time you go through...
