I placed an order for the cake in the second picture and as you can see I definitely did not receive what I asked for and payed $147 for (including 12 cookies). I asked for the cake to look exactly like the picture with whipped icing but if it could not be done with whipped that it’d be okay to use something different and I wanted it the same size and all I asked for is that in the middle I wanted it to say “Happy 18th Birthday Madison” with the flowers around it, I did not place the order in person because I thought that the picture and description would be enough they also called and had double checked on everything including the size and I was told the CAKE was 10 inches. When I went to pick up the cake and saw that it obviously was not the size or the right design I questioned the manager and was met with an attitude and she started blaming it on me not coming in person and blamed it on her own co-worker. I asked why the cake was not the size I asked for and i was told that the board the cake sits on was 10 inches not the cake itself but that’s not what I asked for and when they called to double check I asked about the CAKE size not the board size the lady also said “most people want small cakes” but that’s not what i asked for, I also questioned how the colors weren’t the same and the manager said that with the whipped icing the color absorbs and makes its darker but I had said that if the cake could not be done correctly with whipped icing that i would rather them use something different to keep the design. When I got home and my daughter saw it and pointed out that it looked nothing like the picture I decided to call them back and ask if there was anything they could do and I spoke to the same lady and she was still having an attitude and said that there wouldn’t be much they could do but if we wanted to bring the cake back we could get a refund, but we obviously needed a cake so we took it back for them to fix it and it basically was returned looking the same way and I wasn’t refunded or given a discount just met with an attitude and terrible customer service.
