Thought I would try this place out since it seemed to have good stars . I ordered chicken with rice and beans .Was grossed out by the fact they put hotdogs in their beans ! Like seriously ? Yuk I have had Mexican food all life but never have I ever encountered such disgusting beans in all my life ? Hotdogs ? I will never come here again as the quality of food is pretty much below grade . Seriously if this is how they cook their beans in their family I feel so bad I almost want to cook them a Mexican meal and take it to them to show them quality Mexican food can be ! Los Papagallos is the epitome of an "unassuming" little restaurant. Tucked away on a corner, family run, freshly cooked dishes from fresh ingredients. I'm a 12 year customer, having eaten here weekly during the school year, its more than a hundred visits that I'm basing my rating on. The steak lunch special and the wings are not to be missed. Great place to go if you are wanting some home made authentic Mexican food. It is a smaller restaurant but there is inside seating as well as covered outside area plus you can also place to go orders. Everyone was friendly and service was fast. I really liked the uniqueness of each dish and the prices were affordable, giving us a good value and great food.
