If I could give them a negative review I would, despite choking on a chicken bone I found In my daughters chicken nugget a few months ago, I still returned only to be disappointed yet again. I placed a mobile order and upon arriving at the restaurant they told me to pull to the side I am assuming so they may cook the food, they were pretty backed up so I waited patiently and 10 minutes had passed I noticed that people that showed up behind me had already received their orders. When I finally got my order a good 15 minutes later all of my food was cold. So why, why did I have to pull to the side when my food all tasted like it had been sitting under a heat lamp? The nuggets were not fresh they were chewy, hard and cold Also the fries were soggy and cold. Bold move on my behalf after choking on a nearly inch long chicken bone months before. I figured I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt since it wasn’t there a restaurant that assembled the chicken nuggets they just cooked them. Turns out they are just a terrible establishment and refused to acknowledge their own customers. My experience directly before this one was waiting on two McChicken‘s for a total of 20 minutes in which I just asked for a refund. Absolutely ridiculous. I know if Chick-fil-A can handle rushes then McDonald’s should have absolutely no problem. It can be done. There is absolutely no reason my mobile order should be cold. Read moreI have literally been in the take out line for 30 minutes. The young man at the first window had to ask me if I would wait at the window, so he could help out with line. Behind him was a young lady in a blue button down shirt ( I assume is the manager) sitting and playing on her phone. It seems phones are a priority to the employees at this location because on a prior visit the woman with the tattoo on her neck never looked away from her phone as she handed me my drink with the lid half on, and my order almost feel out of the bag due to it being handed to me sideways. All the while the cashier never looked away from her phone. I have finally made it to the second window, where the manager stated she had just gotten there as she handed me my drink without ice. When I inquired about getting ice, she stated that nothing had been done. All the while there is an employee sitting in the sight of patrons that have waited far too long playing on her phone. I understand being short handed. I understand not wanting employees in overtime, but I do not understand how four orders pushed the wait to 30 minutes, and only having less than a handful of employees that seemed concerned. I am also baffled that the manager did not take more control of the situation. She honestly did not seem to know how to handle the it. I'm telling you, the front end service is soooooo bad you would truly believe THEY HATE THEIR JOBS because that's the response they give out to customers. There was a situation last night with an employee and a customer that almost got jumped last night because of the disrespect and lack of customer service and how she treated the customer. Pathetic!!!! Literally, the countless witnesses that are around to experience the front of house employees is shameful. The ONLY REASON why I show up is for my children sake in wanting to play at their play ground and eat there. THAT'S IT!!!!!! Estes in Longview is not all too great with front of house customer service either, but they do way better than this location. Owner, PLEEEEEEEEEAAAAAAAAASSSSSSSE check in on your restaurants with your staffs/employees because to be honest, you need a WHOLE employee clean up.
