I was very disappointed with my experience at this McDonalds. I redeemed a promotional mobile offer and ordered my food through the app. When I arrived, I was told the order had not been received. They admitted to a problem with their app (everything else on my phone was working fine), but after several back and forth exchanges would not honor the deal. I was just supposed to get two sausage egg mcmuffins, but because their app wasn't working they told me the only thing I could do was to call their apps 1-800 support number...
Instead of accommodating me because of a failure in their system, they declined to serve me and lost my business. Two takeaways: first, the management demonstrated disregard for long-term customer relationships, and second, whoever programmed an in-app promotional offer that can ONLY be redeemed via curbside pickup and not by walking into the restaurant with the same promo pulled up on your phone wasn't at the top of their game when they made...

To my anger and suprise, I go to my nearest M D's and their breakfast menu was "limited"! I ended up calling around Longview trying to find one in town that served the breakfast item I wanted to get! Called this particular M D's and talked to the Manger named Tracy! She informed me that all the M D's in this area were not fully participating in the all day breakfast menu! she was so incredibly sweet though and told me if I came and didn't mind waiting a few min, she would be happy to make it for me when I got there! The company and their customers need to know this kind of exemplary customer service Tracy extended to me! only going to this McDonalds in town from now on! thanks...

I went to the drive-through which was now clear and had to retail them my order and asked if the smoothie has been made for a while can it get remade they said “we’ll see”. I’ve done my time in fast food Even McDonald’s so I definitely am patient but this was horrible customer service overall. When I got to the window and they handed me my food, I asked them if the smoothie was just made and they couldn’t remember. I got to the red light only to find out that my hot and spicy was wrong..
