Today on 8/10/24 i went through the drive through and ordered the same drink i get every time. The lady who took my order sounded incredibly irritated. After I got my drink and took a sip, i realized it was made wrong and had no cold foam despite the sticker being correct. I went inside to have it fixed and the lady who âhelpedâ me, which i believe to be the same lady who took my order in the drive through (they sounded the same and she also had a bad attitude). She then proceeded to roll her eyes multiple times and throw her hands up telling me âwell give the stickerâ.    Read moreI never ever ever buy Starbucks, Iâm the type of person who doesnât follow trend and if I do Iâm extremely late to them. I decided why the heck not let me go grab a coffee I deserve it. The girl who took my order was amazing! And the guy at the window! Omg.. oh.. my.. god.. the best.. seriously he made me feel so special and fabulous and makes me wanna go back so we can be coffee besties or something.. I wish I wouldâve gotten their names.. best customer service ever and their coffee is so velvety smooth. (If anyoneâs wondering I got a venti white chocolate mocha with almond milk instead of 2%)

   Read moreMy store has always been the one on the loop because this one has a small parking lot with a weird set up and its tough to get in and out of. This location is closer to my job and has now become my favorite store. I order on the app almost daily and they are always greeting me and wishing me a good day when i come in to grab my coffee. Its always ready for me when i get there too no wait. Totally different experience from the other location. They always appear stressed out and never acknowledge me until i ask where my order is. Not here to bash the other location at all. I understand things are tough in the restaurant industry right now but i really just want to applaud the 259 location because they make my day!!
