Wawa — Restaurant in Longwood

What a way to stay my new year. To the nosey Wawa employee who reported this to your manager SHAME ON THE BOTH OF YOU!!!

My family and I were parked on the back side of this Wawa location this afternoon and we were all laughing and having a good time talking on the car. All of sudden as we are about to start the car and leave 3 police officers walked up on us stating that they received a call about us"hanging out" being LOUD and the possible use of DRUGS!!! My children 8 and 9 were in the car with me and their FATHER. We had just picked them up from my parents house they had been gone 5 days and we were talking and laughing listening to what they did while they were gone, but an employee who worked there happened to come out back and told to the manager that we were being loud smoking just hanging out...... after we just spent money in their facility?? The manager WITHOUT coming to see for themselves first decided to called the police. The police ran our names and then apologized for bothering us. This is unacceptable we spent money and sat in the car instead of at a table and we're enjoying ourselves laughing and it ruined the entire MOOD for all of us. We will never return to this location again.

PSA: In the future it wouldn't have hurt for the manager to come look for themselves and determine whether authorities needed to be called instead of just...

i ain't no snitch and this is my go-to wawa but I ordered and paid for a meatball sub around 1am and while they were making it they realized they've didn't have meatballs and asked if I wanted to substitute it for one of four other choices and I agreed. She then asked if I wanted the same toppings as my prior order and I said yes. They also ran out of a smoothie flavor we'd ordered and only had 8oz and asked if we wanted the remainder of the smoothie to be another flavor, which is understandable, it's late at night and they've probably got to restock. We got home and my sub had none of the toppings I had ordered and instead had three toppings I don't like at all (I think for some reason they put the toppings from the other sub my boyfriend ordered onto mine as well?)This is the second or third time they've messed up my order. It's been on off storming all day and it's inconvenient to drive back out there in the rain this late, or else I would've come back to correct the order but this has happened multiple times. They normally have great customer service and the cashiers working were both very kind and helpful and one of them informed us of a much better deal on an item we were purchasing...

If you can give lower than one star review I believe the below picture is proof this place warrants that. Always a pleasure biting into a sandwich that was just made, only to chew on a mouthful of paper. Apparently they are a bit too lazy here to actually remove the paper from the turkey. They wouldn’t even be able to blame this on being in a hurry as I was the only person in line. This is absolutely ridiculous that an employee can be this careless. Maybe if they weren’t too busy standing behind the counter talking about other employees behind their back mistakes like this wouldn’t happen. Add to this the fact that they couldn’t read the order which requested hot peppers and mustard, which was left off, they additionally went out of their way to add extra vinegar and that wasn’t even ordered. I’d pass on this place...
