I hate to rate low because most of the staff are friendly. But this morning, around 8am I went through the drive thru and a petite white female with glasses and a ponytail (I didn't catch her name) was incredibly rude to me. I go here often and I'd like to see this taken care of with her awful customer service and attitude she seems to have with people. She certainly shouldn't be working a customer service window with her attitude towards customers who are simply waiting for their food. Especially because I am never rude or impatient at the window and she slammed the door in my face as I was apologizing to HER for not knowing she had apparently asked if I had gotten my drink because I'd assume she would know if she had given it to me so I thought she was telling me she was getting it next after she had handed me my bag. I started to apologize for not understanding when i realized what she had asked and could see she was irritated with me not immediately understanding what she had asked and then she slammed the window on me before I could even finish my sentence apologizing to HER when in reality i was the one who was the customer and who was treated poorly. I'd suggest putting her on dish duty until she learns...

The girl at the drive through window on November 27th at 9:40 A.M. needs to be fired or retrained. She practically threw my food at me through the window and slammed the door back before I could say a word. When she 'threw' the bag at me I noticed it was a little light but after the window so rudely being shut I felt like I had to pull up before checking the bag. I only ordered two items and a sweet tea. The bag had my breakfast burrito only in it no sandwich. At this point it was either have to go in or wait forever in the drive through AGAIN. Literally the ENTIRE POINT OF THE DRIVE THROUGH IS THAT YOU DON'T HAVE THE TIME TO GO IN. They gave me my sandwich after I had to park my car dig out the receipt and go in the store. After returning to my car I realized that the girl didn't even give me a straw for my tea so now I'm about to be driving down the road with a cup of tea open that's liable to end up all over me. Ive had allot of bad experiences with McDonald's but this out weighed them all. All because of one girl who clearly cannot handle her minimum wage job.
