Round Table Pizza — Restaurant in Loomis

Horrible service! My family and I were visiting my family here in Loomis and roseville (annually as usual) we always eat at this round table. And omg it was horrible!! We were splitting our bill and the cashier charged me in full (on my card) And extra in her drawer (cash) she realized she messed up and told someone else to fix it... Then she asked how many drinks did we get. We told her 6. Then she asked how many salad bars. We told her 4. Right away she was tripping that we were lying to her and was snapping to see our reciept!! Then she realized she didn't charge us for 4 and only 2!! Then they forgot to bring out part of our order!! Avoid going to this location. I have been there two times and both times service has been horrible. The second time though is my last. Their service was horrible and I ordered online and my pickup time was 5:30pm and we got the pizza an hour later at 6:35pm. Worst part was about 10 mins prior they actually gave us the wrong order. Luckily we checked it before leaving and realized it was wrong. They did not offer a soda or anything while we wait. They did not offer any discount or threw in an extra for the large delay in time. Ordered a simple XL cheese pizza with light sauce over the phone for pick up. Was told it would take 20-30 minutes. Arrived 25 minutes later, paid, and was told it it would be right out. 20 minutes later was told they couldn’t find my pizza. It was not busy in the store. The manager talked with a family member the entire time (about finding another job) instead of taking care of this problem. Then finally the girl helping me stated that the wrong number was written on the box and that it was ready and in the warmer the entire time. She apologized. That was all.
