I would had given a 0☆ rating but specifically to the shift manager not the staff.
Today "Santana" the shift manager told me that alot of people scam them so basically called me a "Scammer".
Yesterday we ordered 3 Venti coffee with NO ICE! Well they had ice and by the time we got home they were all watered down on a 90+ degree day. Today when I ordered I felt they should had replaced them as a courtesy considering I spend 15 to 30 dollars every single day and tip in excess of 30% at any Starbucks.
"Santana" a young man, young enough to be my grandson doubted me and kept talking about how many people try and scam them. He charged me with no problem and a smug face. I think he treated me poorly. He knew he was wrong cause then he deducted 1 giving me one complimentary but stood his ground on the botched order of yesterday, he is power trip type. The other guy Kemper looked embarassed and apolagized. Kemper said to just call when I get home if it is wrong then they could fix it. Well I was to busy to call and the coffee's were a total watery waste. Kemper tried to smoothe things over.
Final comment from me was I would take my business back to Auburn where they have actual customer service. "SANTANA" replied in a sarcastic tone that going to Auburn was fine with him. When I asked for a phone number to coorporate he smugly said to look it up on google.

First off after we ordered, we pulled up to the window and the fan was blowing so hard and loud that my friend wasn't being heard as she was trying to get the ladies attention to ask a question about her order. She immediately had attitude and rolled her eyes when my friend asked to openly toast her sandwich. She then replied that she had already toasted it. Then she continued to hand over drinks and one of them was supposed to be iced and we let her know and she continued with more attitude even grabbing the drink from her hands. On our way out the manager felt the need to reprimand my friend for her tone. While I understand that she came across loud, my friend was Extremely apologetic about it and explained that she wasn't being heard. The manager in not so many words confirmed that the ladies attitude was not "normally like this." we were never rude or disrespectful towards them. I don’t want to say everybody is rude in here because I really haven’t taken names, but the experience has been horrible every single time! There’s a girl who works their name Kaitlyn who only will give you a few ounces of cream in your drink, whether you paid for it or not, and she’ll argue with you over it! I worked for Starbucks for seven years and have been going there for way longer than that and this is not the example of what Starbucks employees should be like this store is just horrible all around Not to mention I have waited extremely long times for my drink.
