Taco Bell — Restaurant in Loomis

This used to be the best Taco Bell in the sacramento area, but as of the last few years it's gone downhill. Last few times I went in, they got my order wrong, and the food came out cold and under cooked. Worst part was while we were ordering, there was only workers around, and one if not more of them decided to fart, and it was the most horrid smell I have ever smelt. Plus it was a bunch of teenagers working, who were constantly going outside and smoking, or were hanging out with their friends at the tables when people weren't ordering food. At one point the entire staff ran outside and went to someone's car. Who knows what they were doing in it, but there weren't employees in the building at that time. Nothing against young workers at all, but they should be somewhat professional, to make sure people come back to eat there. When I place a Taco Bell order, I order it on the app and wait. The store will usually call me name when it's done and the app will also let you know. This store apparently does not nor does the app. I patiently waited and a person in my party questioned how long it was taking. I looked at the app and it said the order hadn't been started yet. We waited quite some time longer when that person asked the staff how long my order will be. The guy pulled my order from the side. My person asked why I wasn't called, and we were told "it's a process change" now if you make an app order, we have to ask if it's ready. When I asked why the app states my order is still being made, I was told the app doesn't work very well. So basically, the store and the app will not tell me my order is ready unless I ask...

It's Taco Bell! What else can.be said!? However, the upside is the employees have always been very polite and professional at this specific location, so if What you're looking for is interaction with another person who comes across as enjoying their job, is friendly as well as professional, go to this Taco Bell. However, if you're you're looking for food that barely qualifies as edible, let alone, tastes good...Don't go here! If you need a Mexican food fix, hit Oaxaca in Rocklin on Taylor/Pacific.....The bonus here is they're just as friendly and Professional, but the food is very good....
