2/26/25 @ approximately 2:15, I went in and ordered a foot long Italian herb & cheese bread, which was hard and dry with almost no herbs or cheese! It was tuna. I SPECIFICALLY asked that she put mayo & mustard ON THE BREAD, and she immediately scooped the tuna onto the bread, though I just finished telling her! When she did put the mayo on, the bottle was almost empty, so it came out in globs randomly on the bread rather than coating all of the bread, and she did not spread it around. She globes on the tuna, but didn’t spread that around either! One entire end had none! The lettuce and pickles I requested were also not evenly distributed; all the pickles were pretty much on just one half. Though “what kind of cheese” was her first question, I had to remind her 4 times to put it on! I brought my sandwich home and had to fix it because she’s obviously not a very good sandwich maker, doesn’t appear to listen to her customers very well, and wasn’t the least bit friendly! Read moreI eat at Subway because I know I'm going to get a consistent meal, however, service can be a bit and miss as it was today, 10-11-20.
After paying for my sandwich, chips, and drink I noticed that 70% of the soda machine drink selections were not available. There was only 1 employee working. When I brought it up to her she acted surprised 😯 at first... then responded saying she is a new employee and couldn't work the machine. From her response it was obvious she knew there was limited drink selection before I paid and should've forewarned me and then offer me a choice to purchase one of there bottled drinks.
There is no excuse for the poor equipment training and customer service etiquette training. Definitely nothing like Chick-fil-a where you always get great customer service no matter which location you go to.
Next time I'll drive to the other Subway just a couple miles down the road near Target as I know the owner there always provides great...

1ST OF ALL - I DO NOT WANT ANOTHER SANDWHICH FROM THIS LOCATION, EVER AGAIN. 2ND OF ALL - I USED $2 REWARD FOR NOTHING BECAUSE THIS SANDWHICH ENDED UP IN THE TRASH 3RD OF ALL - I GO THIS ORDER FOR PICK UP BECAUSE I HAVE A LIMITED LUNCH BREAK SO NO I CANNOT GO BACK TO GET A WHOLE NEW SANDWHICH.
