Just moved to the area about 3 years now and the only establishment that makes me uncomfortable is this particular DD. It's like I get the feeling as if I am not wanted here or my money has no value. Service started out great (the first 3 times) since then it went down hill...I don't know if all of the employees are trained but there are a few there that are rude! The same strong like woman always always always has an attitude... this morning 06/03 I drove up first go into the store..the doors were locked...she looked at me through the doors rolled her eyes and walked to the back i got back into my car and proceeded to the drive thru...I pulled up and "yea what'd you want" ...I ordered...she responded "come around "....I was taken back because there was no total or thanks. ..I drove around. Now there was no total shown at the window. I sat for about 8 minutes NOTHING! there was a guy that kept walking back and forth getting muffins from the back area...he put one by the drive thru window...pulled out the coffee top placed it on the counter AND STILL NO ACKNOWLEDGEMENT ... its only because I must eat ...I am diabetic.. but you all over all, even on Sundays when I drive thru, you all, give a stand off-ish nasty attitude...if you dont want me there say so....but the out right disrespect is too much... Despite my orders being small—I’m usually alone—I often find myself waiting longer than expected for my food. On some occasions, I’ve had to go inside to have my order corrected. When I do, the staff, though friendly and nice, are often caught up in conversations among themselves.
