If I could leave zero stars I would. I usually go through the drive through and it’s a good experience but the one time I go inside, AWFUL customer service. I walked in, no one greeted me when I walked in, I went to the register and 3-4 employees all looked at me and did not come up to take my order until I said “excuse me, can someone please help me?” Now, I understand the poor history of racism, homophobia, and discrimination that Chick Fil A has. I guess I felt like for some odd ignorant reason, I’d be immune. Clearly I was wrong. The next customer that came in had a completely different experience than me. I saw them immediately told by an employee that they would be helped by a staff member soon, they were greeted very quickly after, and had great customer service. Afterwards I was fed up, so I asked for a to-go bag and to speak to a manager. Then, the manager had one of her team members come up to me and speak with me. I explained how I had a poor experience and I was met with excuse after excuse. “We’re just so busy, I was distracted, etc”. Then she asked which employees were around when I was at the front counter. I looked around at the employees and said I did not know, it was a few people. Then, I explained that I was ignored when I walked in and noticed the next customer receive the Chick Fill A, “my pleasure “ experience. That was that and I left and received an apology but they will no longer receive a penny from me.
I wanted to leave this for last: I am a young black woman, customer who came in after me was a white woman, and the employees were all either white or hispanic. Remind you, this Chick Fil A borders Lorain and Amherst. Lorain has a pretty diverse population so they got many different people coming in. You’d think they’d actually see me as a person or maybe a human but DID NOT.

Read moreI have no idea what happened. This Chick-fil-A needs an evaluation. My standards are usually high for Chick-fil- A since they typically hold themselves to high standards. I should have known something was up when they were completely empty.
I asked for Chick-fil-A sauce, not extra, just wanted some on the side. Just a couple on the side like they usually do and the lady who took my order rolled her eyes at me. I ordered a breakfast sandwich and usually they make it a combo and maybe it was my fault for not asking for a combo but after I ordered my sandwich I said “oh can I have a soda with that?” (Yeah I’m drinking soda at 9 am lol) and she said very rudely “well you didn’t ask for a combo, I didn’t make that a combo” I wouldn’t have taken her frustration or annoyance to heart if I wasn’t still ordering….I’ve worked in fast food before I know how easy it is to add onto an order when you haven’t paid yet.
I’m not sure if she was having a bad day or if people are normally rude here. I had a very bad experience which is new for me when eating at a Chick-fil-A
I got a breakfast burrito and a breakfast sandwich, both were good. Although my burrito kept falling apart lol

Read moreSo I never go to chick-fil-a so I figured I try it I pull in to the new amherst location and ask for a menu the girl was very nice and showed me I ordered a grilled bacon sandwich and asked do you make this with crispy chicken too and she said she can substitute the chicken I said yes plz 2 bacon sandwiches one crispy and one grilled so I pull up a manager comes out and says it's a 2 dollar up charge I said for what she said for the substitute I said I thought she charged me at the beginning and she was clear we were substituting what's the charge for she said she didn't substitute right I'm like well its just different chicken right she says well what do you want I said my food then she stormed off so I wait 5 mins for a runner to grab my bag I watched her throw on the counter I checked my food one sandwich was right second one was just a piece of meat on a bun so I catch the runner tell him and he acts like he don't kno what to do all while looking back to see if his Manger is was watching telling me I don't kno what to do I kindly said do better and please tell your manager the same and left because I knew it was...
