BIGGBY COFFEE — Restaurant in Lorain

This location has rapidly gone down hill over the last several months. After today I won't be returning. I had to repeat what I thought was a simple order twice at the menu (lg cold brew/espresso/half and half) which isnt that big of a deal but still. Pulled up to the window. Paid. The coffee they handed me was wrong. There was a ton of whipped cream with caramel sauce and maybe coffee but looked like milk, I explained that wasn't what I ordered and repeated my order. They took the drink back and tried again. Wrong, this time they replaced the whipped cream with sweet foam and caramel sauce. I again said this isn't what I ordered and repeated the order. They took it back and tried again. Wrong, they handed me the same drink they had just tried to give me. I said again, this isn't what I ordered.....but could see I wasn't getting anywhere so I accepted the drink anyway. Got a couple feet away and decided I didn't want to settle for an incorrect drink that I paid almost 6 dollars for so, I went back. Walked up to the window. Explained that I was just in the drive through, apologized, told them the order still wasn't correct and asked for a refund. She told me she would remake it. I said that would be ok. She closed the window then came back maybe a minute or less later and handed me what looked like the same coffee but, there wasn't any sweetfoam/caramel sauce so I accepted it. I thanked her and she asked me, with a smirk, do you wanna try it? I said it looks right, thanked her again and walked away. I ended up dumping the coffee down the drain because it felt weird that she asked me to try it while I was standing there......after dumping it I realized it was likely the same drink I took back only they scraped off all the caramel and whipped topping. Worst experience of my life. My boyfriend and I ordered two lattes. Get to the window, pay, we are handed two wrong drinks. We're informed we paid for the wrong order. So, they take mine back and to give to the customers behind us. Sanitary much? Then, they charge us TWICE. Ask for our card back to pay for the right order. Don't even inform us we'd get a refund. Then, they give me the drink I ordered and it's completely wrong. Not what I asked for at all, I informed the manager and she told me to have a nice day she's sorry and didn't even remake my coffee. I leave the drive through shocked at the level of customer service just to have the wrong coffee and I was charged twice? Never go here. Go wait in the long Dunkin line. At least you're not charged twice and sent off the drive thru by employees knowing you didn't get what you paid for....

This place has become a place I don’t want to come back to. first off the other day something they’ve done several times in the past they weren’t willing to do which is take multiple coupons for multiple orders. Secondly, anytime I stop here in the morning the sandwich maker, which is for breakfast is down. It’s a little frustrating you can get it any other time of the day, but not when they first open they know this is a problem and have not fixed the problem. The attitude of the store changed in the last couple months. I don’t know who they hired, but they need to fire them. And anytime I tell these people no ice there is always ice.
