overcharged me didn't make it right when I called acted like i was making a big deal about a dollar until it happens to multiple customers and they have tips from a drawer that was over at the end of the day. never had a problem until now and the manager did not make it right. will be going elsewhere, the one in ridgeville is REALLY nice!!! š
In response to the comment below I didn't want anything for free? your employee didn't check the order receipt to make sure I paid for what I asked so please explain how im making a big deal about 50 cents when it was your employee in the first place acting like I wanted something for free? also I had to charge my card which came out to be a dollar because again it was a big deal over 50 cents š asking me if i wanted my money back while treating me poorly shouldn't have been a thing you should have automatically gave it back honest mistake or not you didn't make it right i'm the most down to earth person and you really took it...

FULL DISCLOSURE! They might consider using a different peanut butter in their recipes. As they currently use standard āSkippyā peanut butter. Which contains Hydrogenated Vegetable Oil. Which is very bad for your health. Considering theyāre a business which revolves around the concept of serving a more healthy and nutritious choice of food and drink. Switching to a brown-cap peanut butter would be an easy and wise choice, as they typically donāt contain Hydrogenated Vegetable Oil. Iām sure Iām not the only peanut butter lover who would rather not have a splash of heart problems added into my smoothie. JUST A THOUGHT!! Keep up the good work!

I asked how they knew my name and was told they can see the tickets on the counter so I would just like to make a suggestion that your employees should keep the tickets out of sight of customers and also maybe make customers show their receipt or order on their phone before they are allowed to take their order. I had to wait for them to make another smoothie, which I was in a hurry hence why I order online. The girls re-made my smoothie and apologized, handling everything appropriately. I would just like to make these suggestions to hopefully avoid this same mistake...
