Mr. Hero — Restaurant in Lorain

Mr hero in general has great food!!!!! When it come to this particular location here on east Erie in lorain Ohio wow this place is a hot mess All the way down to the employees working we sat down to eat a the table is filthy I asked for to be cleaned I get an attitude in some lady comes around the counter with the dirtiest rag I could possibly have grabbed anywhere wipes the table down and leaves hair and all kinds of nasty particles all over the table and walks away. I have never had a burnt bun or hair in my food from Mr. Hero but on this particular visit it was horrible do not recommend...

I make this dive a stop...when I travel through the area. The hero burger has a very very unusual flavor. You'll either love it or find it gross...the fried mushrooms and ranch dressing are the second best item they serve...the building is old, inside is not much better...it is staffed by intolerant foreigners, that struggle with english..so don't expect anything...just close your eyes, and indulge in the flavor................................................................................................................................. ...... ...........

Ordered food online just around noon. Went to pick it up and it was closed. No lights, doors locked, hour schedule said it would be open, but open light not on.

Spent over a half hour in parking lot before leaving. Over an hour after I first got to the parking lot, and no one was there, I left (and got lunch elsewhere) the number we placed the order from called and said he was going make the order, we declined, and got billed...
