My husband ordered a sub for pick up. He drove home and the bread was wrong. They put Italian herbs and cheese bread on it, which would have been fine if my husband wasn’t lactose intolerant. He called and they said a manager would call him back. They never did. So he called back and the manager said “they don’t do refunds, but they’d give him a free sandwich next time he came in.” Well first off it’s not free, he couldn’t eat his dinner because he can’t have dairy so he paid for a sandwich that he couldn’t eat and then he had to go out and get dinner because we thought he already had dinner. So that cost more money than to start with. That’s ridiculous, there is no reason to not be able to refund an order that they messed up on. I get it mistakes happen, but making it right is a part of business. Not throwing his name on a piece of paper and telling him he can get a free sandwich next time...

Then they come to the window and ask my name again. Then they say they we dont have that order. (Well then why was i waiting all that time?, what were yall doing?) She works almost every day in her store to make sure the quality of the food and staff are the best around. The portions are generous, and the prices are the lowest in the area. The restrooms aren't locked so technically they are open to the public, but they prefer them to be customer only (if you buy your sub after or even just a 50 cent cookie you'll be fine, but no one will hassle you to buy something.) The staff works really hard everyday to do the front and the drive-thru and they power through the breakfast, lunch, and dinner rushes quickly and efficiently.
