Canât say youâre open till 9pm, not have the cone up in the drive thru, and then never take a drive thru order at 8pm just because you donât want to. Ridiculous, I canât believe how many times this Starbucks changes itâs hours and the hours are either inaccurate, or they just donât want to work and refuse to take a drive thru order, even though they are inside.
But the best part, is when you go there in the evening, and they refuse to take your order at the drive thru when thereâs no line, even though youâve sat there for 10 minutes, so you leave â but as youâre leaving they gladly take the order of the car behind you. Either youâre closed, or your not. But say something on the microphone at least because there are people inside. Stop ignoring people and picking and choosing who you help in the evenings. And this has been a frequent issue at this location for a long time. If youâre closed say it through the mic. But donât let me sit there for 10 minutes and then take orders for the cars behind me when I leave.
And this experience hasnât been a one time thing either. I once left because nobody would take my order, in the drive thru at 6pm, went to Dunkin and on my way back home I noticed the drive thru line is filled up and they were taking orders again. I waited for 10 minutes for someone to take my order before I left too. This isnât the quality of service Starbucks holds itself too. And I worked for this company. They should be ashamed of themselves. Corporate needs to step in and...
Read morelove starbucks as most do however this particular one seems to be sold out of a lot of popular drinks and even just the drink items a lot. theyâve been out of white chocolate mocha, the venti size cups, the drink sleeves (which isnât a big deal if you get iced but itâs super hot to hold if you donât). the drive thru is hit or miss, you either get through in a timely manner or youâre going to sit there and inch forward every 7 minutes. whoever orders their truck should learn their store and popular products slightly better so they can maybe order more of what they use more of. the inside is fairly clean, last i went in to pick up a mobile order they had an enormous pile of truck items it looked to be- all piled in the corner of the dining room⊠hopefully they are able to get more staff so they donât have that stuff just in the dining room chilling and still open for business serving things theyâre out of that in reality just need put out and away. however i will continue coming here as itâs the closest to me on my commute to and or from work, and whether service is fast or slow my drink (if available) is always hot...
Read moreI cannot ever get out of this Starbucks in less than 30 minutes, whether I place a pickup order or order in person, drive thru or inside. It is the SLOWEST Starbucks consistently. They usually get the order right but for how overpriced Starbucks is, the 30+ minute wait for a single drink drags that score down as well. Some serious overhaul needs done at this particular Starbucks, Iâve had 20+ visits to this Starbucks in the past 6 months and they are consistently slower than slow, if I have anywhere I need to be in a timely fashion then I cannot go to this Starbucks because they will make me late even if thereâs not a single other soul in the place when I walk in. I donât know how theyâre still open, it would take me less time to drive to a Starbucks in another city, place my order, and return home than to go to this one which is right down the street from my house. If gas prices werenât at an all time high, I would. I canât recommend this Starbucks...
