Where do I start with a terrible service I received. I originally came into your location on September 28 to upgrade my phone. Was not informed the phone I wanted it was not in stock until after I already paid for the new upgrade, The lady working Maya informed me I would have it by October 4. I came home checked my email and seeing I will not be receiving the phone till at earliest October 24 And found out she upgraded my plan to the next without consulting me. I called into the store and spoke with your store manager Rico and he said he was going to help resolve the issue. Almost 2 weeks later, I never heard back from him went into your store yesterday. Hoping to come up with a solution. I asked the store manager what iPhone 17’s was available today. He told me they had none in the store, which was a lie because I heard the other employee working Tell a customer they had the air in stock. When I asked him why he did not inform me they had the air Rico started to raise his voice Yell at me on several occasions. I am extremely disappointed with a service I Promised I would be receiving a phone call from the district manager, Marcus on several occasions. I tried all week on the phone back and forth w customer service and today Got concrete evidence where my money went. Armed w all my information Candido greeted me took me under his wing and got rt on the phone to fix my problem. After several phone calls phone numbers and 2 hrs later w store managers help Jesse we got the problem resolved. I can not start to say enough about Candido and Jesse customer service and their dedication to their customers. They are worth their weight in Gold. I thank the good Lord for all their efforts patience fabulous customer service. They are awesome friendly agents at at and t here in Lorain. Read moreThe normal staff is pretty cool and they usually go out of their way to help customers. On the last visit I had a warranty issue, there was a corporate manager in store. He decided to make the transaction difficult. He felt the need to flex his corporate muscle. He tried to make me feel like he was doing me a huge favor, and that he didn't have to help me. I made it clear to himself and the rest of the staff that he was not conducting business as a "superior" should. Never mind the fact that my 2 week old, top of the line device petered out. Never mind that they weren't able to transfer any of my settings, files or app info. So the settings I have been tweaking for the last 10 years to get my android experience just right are now trapped and unretrievable in a broken machine. At&t offered me a 25$ credit for my troubles.
