Paul's Place — Restaurant in Los Alamitos

We went about a week ago and ordered the broasted chicken. All the tables were filthy. They basically gave me a bottle and told me where the paper towels were so it's clean your own. Since I was cleaning mine, I cleaned a few more. Then it was well over half an hour and we were wondering where our order was. I went up and asked and he said "well it takes 15 minutes." I showed him the receipt and said "right it takes 15 minutes. You told us that at the beginning, but it's been more than a half an hour." The guy at the window just keeps repeating it takes 15 minutes. And I pointed out more than once that it had been well over 15 minutes in fact over a half an hour. then I went back a few days later with some friends. how was the first to place my order. I wasn't super hungry so I just ordered a taco. everybody else in my group got their order and I was still waiting. I finally asked what's going on and they said oh yeah it's over here. hadn't called my number and then I had asked for extra onion and cilantro. That's not on it. Chicken's dry. And I had to ask for the guacamole that comes with it. Their service has been sucky. I used to be a big fan. They need to turn...

I had the pleasure of dining at Paul's Place Burgers, and it was a fantastic experience! The moment I walked in, I was greeted by a warm and welcoming atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The menu had a great variety of burgers, so it took me a minute to decide which one to try.

I ended up going with their classic cheeseburger, and wow, it did not disappoint! The patty was juicy and cooked to perfection, and the toppings were fresh and full of flavor. I loved the toasted bun—it added that nice crunch that tied everything together.

The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure my order was just right. Plus, the fries were crispy and delicious, a perfect complement to my burger.

Price gouge much? A club sandwich combo here costs more than Hoffs Hut & Katella Deli $15. Drink not included here either or they forgot. Its a vegetarian Club btw. More lettuce than anything. Very little cold cuts. The morning cooked bacon was good.

A cheeseburger combo meal is more expensive then Off the Hook which is $18 with candied bacon, caramelized onions, etc while this is a plain burger.
