Absolutely terrible. Was hired by a third party to play piano at an event there, and staff/management were, hands down, the rudest and most unprofessional I have encountered in my career. For starters, their grand piano is broken, and completely unplayable. And that was the least of the venue’s problems. The sound guy wasn’t just rude; he was verbally abusive. And apparently, there was some issue with their permit situation, to where the venue owners were threatening to pull the plug on our event, and ranting about being shut down by the police and fined? The event producer (poor guy) who hired me was absolutely horrified, and handling all that, right as I was leaving... Mind you, the space was so chaotic and such a ceaseless dumpster fire, I walked out before the event even started, assuming it...
Read moreWent to the warehouse right next to it, because that's where my son and his fiancée got MARRIED!!! The wedding was extraordinarily unique and wonderful, and everyone there had a blast! So we must have been in the building next to this one.
The most unfortunate part of this whole experience -- for both the wedding and the wedding rehearsal three nights earlier -- was that there were all these horrible, horrible tow trucks taking up most of the parking spaces out front, on both sides of this side street, and I thought that was just awful.
