anyway if you’ve had enough of holbox, which is frankly just a different category of food, if you think holbox and al pastor fall under the same umbrella because they’re both Mexican restaurants, you’re being silly.

also, for those with a soft spot for humble rice and beans, al pastor does a great job. you can taste the extra love they put into the beans. (ie, if I had to guess, a healthy dose of lard.)...
