This place dropped the ball most definitely. Every time I stop by to get something is always some BS. I don't know if the owners are always changing shit up. Or is it the employees but there is always some crazy changes. I think you should just take the nachos off the menu already. Obviously you guys can't give enough chips to support bowls. Since I would think the issue would be people want more chips. Even if you guys charged more. That would not be the problem at all. Every on the menu is extra now. So why even bother. I have gone to other locations as well. There is always something ridiculous with echo locations. Oh yeah also the crab meat was not even broken down like they usually is. FYI this place has a revolving door for employees. I never see the same...
Read moreI love All about Poke. Usually I frequent burbank amd studio city so I was really excited to try out Eagle Rock location. Unfortunately it didn't stand up to the service and atmosphere of the other too. The people were rude and they dished out smaller portion sizes. They charged extra on some items that the other locations didn't. They don't honor the frequent meal cards the other two locations do. I didn't know they weren't working together on this. Overall I wouldn't come back to this location but if you have a chance to try the one in Burbank or Studio city you'll be blown away by how engaging the staff are and how awesome...
Read moreI've been coming here for years now and every single time, it's been a great experience. I've become such a regular at this point that the staff knows my order without a second thought. The manager (Jonas) creates a friendly environment for the staff where customers can have casual conversations with the workers while they make bowls. Ingredients are fresh, sauces are delicious, staff is friendly, and the portions are generous. I've seen and experienced an extra large scoop once or twice so I can't complain. If you're from the Eagle Rock/Pasadena/Glendale area, the Poke here is cheaper than most places with...
