I've been coming to this family-owned Pho restaurant in Eagle Rock for the past 10 years, and it continues to impress me every time. If you're looking for authentic Vietnamese cuisine and a warm, welcoming atmosphere, this place is an absolute gem. As soon as you step through the door, you're greeted with friendly smiles and a cozy ambiance that makes you feel like part of the family. The owners and staff take great pride in their establishment, and their dedication shines through in every aspect of the dining experience. Now, let's talk about the star of the show: the Pho. This place serves up some of the most flavorful and satisfying bowls of Pho I've ever tasted. The broth is rich, aromatic, and simmered to perfection, showcasing the depth of Vietnamese culinary tradition. The noodles are cooked just right, and the generous portions of tender meat and fresh herbs complete the dish beautifully. Each spoonful is a burst of flavors that transport you to the streets of Vietnam. But it's not just the Pho that impresses. The menu offers a wide variety of Vietnamese delights, from crispy spring rolls to savory banh mi sandwiches. Each dish is crafted with care and attention to detail, using authentic ingredients that capture the essence of Vietnamese cuisine. Whether you're a fan of traditional favorites or eager to explore new flavors, this place has something to satisfy every palate. What sets this family-owned Pho restaurant apart is the personal touch they bring to every visit. The owners often take the time to interact with customers, sharing stories and recommendations that add an extra layer of warmth to the dining experience. It's evident that they pour their hearts and souls into their restaurant, and that passion translates into the exceptional service they provide. The atmosphere inside the restaurant is cozy and inviting, with tasteful decorations that reflect Vietnamese culture. It's a place where families and friends can gather, share a meal, and create lasting memories. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure that you feel comfortable and well taken care of throughout your visit. In conclusion, this family-owned Pho restaurant in Eagle Rock is a true hidden gem. With its authentic flavors, warm hospitality, and inviting ambiance, it has rightfully become my go-to spot for Vietnamese cuisine. Whether you're a Pho enthusiast or simply curious about exploring Vietnamese flavors, I highly recommend paying a visit to this wonderful establishment. Your taste buds and your heart will thank you.

Absolutely one of the best places I have had the opportunity to experience - and we travel the world! I'm sad this local establishment is not in my hometown. The service was great. Staff was friendly, attentive and able to offer suggestions and recommendations. I noticed the 2 staff working the front area greeted almost 100% of the customers that entered while my family was dining there and thanked everyone as they were leaving. There was also a constant flow of people picking up take out orders as well. Good to see the traffic. The establishment is large enough to accommodate multiple parties at the same time yet small enough to enjoy an intimate meal and experience and staff ensures you are helped during your visit. Food presentation gets an A+. They don't just slap your meal on the plate. The garnishments and placement of such is like artwork. The Calamari is a must!! I order Calamari from every restaurant I dine at and this was by far the best - possibly due to the sautéed onions and Cilantro. Not sure. We ordered 2 servings! I was unsure of what to select from the menu having dietary restrictions but the menu had meal options for all. Don't hesitate to dine here; families, singles, couples....! Side note. I don't like public restrooms however, we had a 40 minute ride back to our AirBnB... I used it. It was clean!!

Fantastic place! There are many restaurants on Colorado Blvd are good. It's pretty easy to recognize it on Colorado Blvd. Right across street from the famous Oinkster. There is no parking lot in rear, yet it's fairly easy to park on the street or in the alley. This place is decorated more of a modern style restaurant. The place is black and white color theme. Even the restroom is white theme with marble tile looks so bright and trendy. Although it looks fancy outside, the price was very very reasonable. We ordered a vegan pho and a vegetarian stir fry. The vegan pho was very good taste! It's probably the best vegan pho that I have ever had. It's such a comfort/soothing food in winter! The vegetarian stir fry is super flavorful! I love how it tastes! A little bit greasy at the bottom but overall the taste is outweighed the oily sauce. I also want to mention that the services is is phenomenal!! Our waiter was Micah. He was very very attentive and thoughtful. When we spilled the soup. He brought extra napkins for us and cleaned the table within seconds. And then few minutes later, he brought us a bowl of soup! What a nice service! Overall we had a wonderful dinning experience here. I'll definitely absolutely take my friends and family here!
