I'm like a food critic without the license, and I came from Alaska/Bakersfield and visiting LA for business and I've never heard of this place but heard a lot about it, what caught my attention was the crowd of people and I haven't eaten yet almost all day today, lol. I have massive high-quality taste buds for food and more on the menu to try out soon, Lord Willing. I randomly selected the tacos of Al Pastor, unions, cilantro and Guacamole and pineapple on top and to add all the sides they have out to choose from on the side table . Overall the customer service showed a lot of love and courtesy and warm welcoming. Forgive me for forgetting your names, but you know who you are, and you looked like the manager or supervisor. He was very well mannered and helpful throughout my time checking everything on the menu and he shown a lot of patience on allowing me to take my time to figure out what I wanted to order on the menu and helped me a lot on my order selections, everything tasted fresh and juicy and was very fulfilling with massive portions of the items I ordered that was nice and Hot and super tasty and flavorful and really nice light crunch testure. Thanking the people who helped me with my First Time Experience here. They also have condiments to get or ask for. I highly recommend them for when you're hungry or if you're in a hurry on your lunch break from work or family gatherings to eat outside or take home. Overall, keep up the good work everyone, they deserves a raise and a couple of new business shirts and hats and name tags....
Read moreI recently visited Angels Tacos and was shocked by the lackluster level of customer service. From the moment I stepped near, the employees were dismissive and unhelpful.
One particular employee, the lady making tortillas, was especially rude. When I asked for assistance, they responded with a condescending tone and made me feel like my questions were a nuisance. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the company as a whole.
I expected a much higher standard of service since they have such high reviews and this experience has left me with a very negative impression. I will not be returning and will advise others to...
Read moreThe al pastor here is so so so good. I ordered a queso burrito with al pastor, beans, guacamole, mild salsa, and they added the pineapple pieces too. $13.50 but I paid with credit card which makes it $14.50
They work fairly fast. The first two women making tortillas and starting your food are not nice at all. But the next two guys assembling your food and slicing the al pastor are very friendly.
The burrito is huge and can easily be shared between two people or split...
