I would give 0 stars but I can't. This place is not only packed with employees that just cannot perform the minimum of their job description. This place is now also a danger to public health. I entered the restaurant with 2 people inside. No problems there. Until it took 30 minutes to get my order out. I don't mind waiting. Thats not the issue. they didn't tell me ahead of time that it would take that long. After 5 or so minutes went by I found myself literally trapped with what looked like 15 people or more at times. 4 individuals i noticed were either wearing their masks improperly or not wearing them AT ALL. WHY were they given service? More over, Why would let 15 people into a restaurant that is the size of a broom closet? Where was the manager to enforce the oudoor line up rules? I literally could not leave. The inconsideration of the customers refusing to let me excuse myself kept me trapped in a corner. In that corner i also noticed that the EMERGENCY exit was also blocked by tables. On much less severe but also very irritating notes, they forgot to make my order twice. Allowing everyone who came 30 minutes after me to get their food quickly. I had to ask about my order twice. Both times with different people. Similarly telling me " I guess we missed the order. We'll get it out to you. I physically swiped a credit card and stood in plain view of these people. I'm 6'3 and 225lbs how can you possibly forget that I have an order pending. Especially openly holding my receipt and my drink clearly indicating that i did indeed order and did not get my order. Once my order was in plain sight. they still continued to let people in and take their orders and seemingly couldnt be bothered to just put my order in a bag and hand it to me. It was shocking. Also. It's fair to say that my order was also wrong when I got home and opened it. No sides were at all what i requested and chicken was cold. How on earth could you state you just need to fry up some chicken for my order and have it be this cold getting back home not 5 minutes away from the restaurant? Im convinced I was lied to twice. I do NOT like complaining about restaurants in times like this where people are depending on employment and are unsure about the future. This company needs to unilaterally make a decision as a corporation to either have the managers enforce the outdoor order queue, or shut down the locations that do not have drive thrus. The fact that i was trying to do the right thing and leave the restaurant to free up space and was unable to is frightening and unacceptable on all fronts. This place needs to do better or close up and leave it up to the drive thru locations. Also. If you feel like you need to contact their corporate offices. Don't hold your breath. Their site is refusing incoming emails at the time of making...
Read moreWalked in about 8pm asked the cashier for 2 breasts. Cashier asked the ladies in the back if there was any breasts ready. One of the ladies says in Spanish " I have 3 breasts but those are mine to take home." Not knowing that I understood every word that came out of her mouth. I pretended as if I didn't understand what she said and asked the cashier to translate. Cashier says " oh she said we don't have any ready that you need to wait 20 minutes if you want breast." I said " oh really why doesn't she give me the ones she's taking home and she can wait 20 minutes?" They looked shocked!!! I spoke Spanish to the lady in the back and told her to give me the ones she was taking home and her reply in Spanish was " no because I'm taking those home with me !" I was soooo upset I just walked and will refuse to go to that particular Popeye's . It's the same issue anytime of day I've gone I would always have to wait 20 minutes for breast. I guess all the employees have to get their to go home orders before...
Read moreWell, I'm not the type to write bad reviews but I will be completely honest about this visit to Popeyes. I understand that dealing with people all day , especially people who run your patience and friendliness can be quite agitating and energy consuming , but that shouldn't mean you should treat every client who walks in the door with attitude. One of the cashiers who was working their today was just in this really bad mood. Who wouldn't even look at you in your eye while asking you what you wanted to order. . She constantly looked away towards the door, rolled eyes and handed the food in a rude manner. . . . . if you read this by any chance chance "cashier" Who's name i didn't catch Don't let people drain you of your energy with their attitudes and irrelevant questions. Working at a customer service based establishment isn't for everyone.. If you don't like your job. Try out other alternatives.. Don't come off as...
