RUSTY SCREW IN ICE CREAM! For your own safety, and that of your children's, DO NOT GO HERE! My husband and I(Im currently 8 months pregnant) took our two sons out for ice cream here. I ordered my 15 month old toddler a small ice cream. I went to give him a bite but he was distracted by his older brother(Thank the Lord) and I took the bite instead. I was shocked when I felt something hard and sharp in my mouth when I bit down.... it was a rusty screw! I can't even believe I almost gave that bite to my baby...and am horrified when I think of the outcome that could have taken place. We told the staff right away and all figured out that it came out of the hinge on the ice cream case. All other screws in the case were rusted too. How is this okay? Especially to a place people bring their children! The owner didn't care and didn't offer any remedy to this dangerous situation. He offered us a free cake...seriously? Like I would ever trust this establishment ever again...one that gives Baskin Robbins a bad name. I have already reported this disgusting store to their corporate offices as well as the health department. People who cut around the corners to save money should not be allowed to serve...

I took my wife here to get ice cream after eating across the street at Habit Burger. This place is in a big plaza so there are ton of places to park. If you come here at night time like I did, you'll notice that the lights around the parking lot flashes which I think is to keep homeless away. When we walked into Baskin Robbins, they were basically empty with 2 workers inside. My wife got the rocky road single scoop in a cone and I got the oreo cookies & cream single scoop in a cone. We both thought our ice cream was good and we ate it inside the store. They had some cake on display and we thought some of them were nice but I know it cost more here than...

If I could give them zero stars I would. I placed an order for a cake and gave them more than a week in advance and talked to the cake decorator. Unfortunately the cake decorator I spoke to went on maternity leave and another person made the cake. I provided the photos and it was a simple cake, nothing intricate. They completely ruined the cake as it looked like a five year old made it. Do not buy your cakes from here at all!! They should not be selling cakes if they can't decorate them properly. They admitted the cake looked awful and refused to provide a refund. They completely ruined the birthday as the cake...
