I was blown away the first time I visited this bottle shop and continue to be impressed every time I visit. Cheyenne and the rest of the Blackbeard's Crew are the friendliest and most helpful regardless of the customer's wine/beer knowledge -- from expert to novice. Their beer selection is beyond anything I've ever seen, featuring mostly local, CA craft brews, but also some harder to obtain items and even your standard big beer manufactures. They seem to appreciate everyone and everything, and purchases are made without judgment. The Baseline: For a liquor store it must have a wide selection of beers/wine/spirits, the selections must be varied, the store aisles need to be clean/organized, the traffic flow must be logical, the prices must reflect the value, and the service from staff must be good.

Food: This store has an incredible selection of harder to find beers and wines. Great-Great-Great selection of stouts!

Service: I came up with a six pack of Dragon Stout (warm) and the nice guy at the counter asked if I wanted it cold. Well... yeah! Traded me for the cold one. Awesome service.
