Belittling and rude with the lady employee. I asked what they have on their strawberry milk just to make sure my 5 year old can drink it and she was dreading the explanation of what is on the ingredient with a bit of sarcasm in her tone. On my 3rd order, she asked me how much sugar i wanted and looked at her with puzzled face as she stared at me with annoyance. So i asked if its packets and she went on schooling me with all the percentages or what not. Okay not everyone reviews and does their homework of the ingredients of the beverage before they order in a boba place. Its a drink and all customers should be treated with a little respect especially her knowing its my first, ordering at this place. Also if you have a policy of not being able to take in 100 bill, have it written somewhere so that people are aware! I don't think this business should be in Filipino town. Being in LA, you have more competition, little Tokyo alone has Milk-T, Sharp Tea, It's Boba Time, etc. ( which I never have encountered employees with smart aleck and annoyed to serve customers attitude). It just so happened the convenience of the Boba Guys just happens to be down the block from my house made it my first option to go at the time. Her schooling me made me research on the CEO of this company, I am sure Andrew Chau's vision of this company isn't a company that is built with rudeness and disrespectful employees. Unless he has no care for his customers that are helping build and establish...

Super clean bathroom at this location lol. 🍒 WOULD I COME BACK? Yes. •••• Overall Rating: 8.5/10 @bobaguys 🧋 I’ve been wanting to try this so long because I watch @misstiffanyma on YouTube and she goes here multiple times a week and I’ve been wanting it for so long! Let me start off with how unique and diverse their menu is! I wish I got to try more flavors because they have cool flavors like mango jasmine, Midori cloud, mango matcha latte, sawadee cloud which is the cream cheese foam cold brew and Thai tea?! Like everything is so unique and delicious sounding. I got Tiffany’s exact strawberry tea Fresca order and I will say the flavor was immaculate but the boba I had this day in particular was lowkey hard! It wasn’t soft and chewy it was definitely on the not good and hard side. I will say the potential is there and I’ll definitely be back to try more flavors bc the drink was...
Read moreHere we go again! I was waiting for a bus, yes, the so useful #14, here, too. Long convolution; will synopsis it for you. I had an authorization to go to a Medical Facility for a podiatrist to help withy wretched ( I was doomed genetically & epigenetically from birth. Oy vey! Ai yi yi!) feet. I dreaded walking on Union. I hated Union (@ Wilshire Blvd) from years back. Ugly neighborhood. However, when I got off the #14 at Union & Beverly, I found a shabby, but pleasant residential street. Although it did tilt, the sidewalk, as I approached Temple, & had uplift from big trees, the houses had iron fences to hang onto as I descended to the corner. My podiatrist was an angel. Her nurse was totally welcoming. When I left, I nearly danced back up Union, my endorphins were so elevated. I had trouble locating the bus stop sign (hidden by tree leaves); I noticed the Boba Guys across the street. But I have never visited them. Boba is, I believe, a Korean concoction. It's a drink with tapioca spheres floating around...
