Dr. Yen Doan, MD — Local services in Los Angeles

This place is fully negligent. They go out of town for vacation for weeks without sending an automated email to their patients. They just leave a note on their front door like a retail store. They are also only open till 3/3:30 unlike what it says on their door.

No stand in staff what so ever to cover them. If you are someone’s primary care doctor you can’t just not have someone covering you, healthcare is an essential service.

I have not received a proper physical after requesting one for two annual visits in a row. And had to change doctors through my insurance.

They are a walk in clinic only, you cannot make appointments, and they only take cash for co-pays. What kind of business in 2023 doesn’t take digital payments?! I had to drive 20 mins and back to...

This practice is disappointing from the PA to the Doctor, if u can even call him that. Most of the time the PA thinks she is the Doctor and tells the Doctor things that will cloud the doctors judgment. She's very ride. Dr Foam has tolde straight out that he is not a real Doctor those are his exact words that he just gives referrals. Also has tolde that he don't understand my language which is english and has told me after one year of being a patient to not go to h noore fore to go see here else. There's a younger Doctor there name down also he is just as bad. A few weeks ago he had 5 people with cc,19. And just gave the antibiotics His license should be tookem away fr u. This place should be shut down.

A couple years ago this place was adequate, but it's gone down hill since COVID. The MD rarely comes into the office, so his son (a PA) takes care of patients. The PA is useless; he doesn't even take your blood pressure when you visit!

The secretary is overworked and disorganized. She often confuses my mother's medical records with one from another patient, doesn't respond to pharmacy's refill requests, and is horrible in following-up with referrals.

I HIGHLY suggest switching to another doctor. If you have no choice, try to visit on Mondays because thats when the MD is usually...
