I ordered a raisin bagel. The one thing you cannot find is an actual raisin…. Hadn’t been here in a while b/c I saw the raisins were becoming fewer and fewer. Now there are none. Shameful. Update: 21 June 2025 - Second picture purports to be a raisin bagel as well. Hadn’t been back in a while so hoped for a better outcome and actual raisins in the raisin bagel. As you can see, not one raisin in sight. I think they should label them raisin-flavored bagels. Ah well, there won’t be a third trip to the store. Noah’s Bagels are much consistent with adding actual raisins to their raisin bagels. That is where I will spend my hard-earned cash from today forward!

Disclaimer: As a jew who just moved here after living in NYC for 10 years, my bagel standards may be higher than most. The bagels here (i had WholeWheat ET & Blueberry) are fine, but inferior to most shops back home. They have a bit grittier, drier feel. Maybe the water? Also be aware these guys are fully kosher, and do not serve meat - no BEC here! The only cheese they have for your egg & cheese is mozzarella. They do have all sorts of smoked fish and schmear (cream cheese) I would be back to try their tuna on a bagel, and the pizza bagel looked interesting as well. Otherwise, if you are seeking quality NYC-style bagels, i would keep searching.

Very good bagel! Have been comparing bagels around town and this is one of the best real bagels around (not bread rolls disguised as bagels). Slight crisp/crunch exterior from the boiling, good density and chewiness, slightly sweet dough flavor. Quick service, even with 3 people ahead of me with pretty complicated and long orders, and good price. Will definitely return!

I have a weakness for a freshly baked bagel made with integrity and love, lightly toasted, with a creamy and fluffy 'shmear' spread in between. I don't spoil myself with bagels but when I fulfill my craving every so often it's gotta be done right. There aren't many bagel shops in LA but there are some great bagels if you search for it. I've lived in NYC before so I think I have the credentials to judge a good bagel made with the standard of traditional Brooklyn bagels. A dense, chewy center with a brown crispy crust and cream cheese that reminds you Philadelphia Cream Cheese brand is not gettin' it. They make their own spreads here and sell bags of bagels and breads to-go. In addition to bagels they also have a deli-style meanu: breakfast, sandwiches, coffee, juice, etc. One of the best bagels you can get on...

I’ll start with the bagels and the quality of the bagels. If it was just the bagels this place would be a 10 star the bagels are phenomenal the people that prepare the bagels do a great job of preparing the bagels. I realize that this is LA and I’ll never get the customer service like New York. But could you at least give me the cream cheese that I asked for? I know it’s a stretch and I know maybe you smoke too much weed this morning but just try to put the right cream cheese on my bagel. Thank you. . It turns out that I really do like jalapeño cream cheese quite a bit, so it wasn’t a total loss except for your business. And it’s great advice I will take your advice and get a double smoked bacon at Starbucks instead. Thank you for the...
