This was literally the worst Burger King I've ever had the displeasure of eating at. The employees gave me a mean stare as I entered the establishment, as if to say "Really? You want to eat HERE!?". I ignored the fair warning, ordering myself something simple, a whopper, fires, and drink. The woman I had given my order to just stared at me blankly, then yelled "WHOPPER FRIES DRINK" in my face. I was confused at first. Usually they just input it into the computer. "WHOPPER FRIES DRINK." she said again aloud. I was startled; what was she trying to convey? "WHOPPER! FRIES! DRINK!" she said a third time, and I just nodded my head, scared for my life. After my order was done being prepared, they set the brown paper bag in front of me. Instead of a whopper, fries, and drink, I had some onion rings. Nothing else. Just onion rings. I asked the lady "What is the meaning of this?". She stared at me. "WHOPPER FRIES DRINK!" she screamed loudly. And then the manager came out. I angrily asked for a refund, and he told me to remove myself from the establishment, or he would call the police. "YOU FRIKKEN FRIKS THINK YOU CAN JUST OWN THE PLACE BY BUYING FROM HERE. YOU DON'T OWN CRAP. GET OUT. STOP RUINING BURGERKING." All in all a good...
Read moreIf there is a negative star rating I'd put it to a negative 10! Customer service sucks without any courtesy from the manager himself (or shoud I say herself, cus he acted like a B+ch!) Very rude! Treated us like homeless people just because we did not lock their bathroom! It ain't like we went there just to use the toilet! We bought food, we are customers! If there is a problem with customers using a PUBLIC bathroom, they should keep them closed for themselves! There was no sign saying to keep them locked at all times! The staff should hold the responsibility to check if the bathroom was left unlocked! They get paid to do that! And to hear it from a manager???!!!! What's the big deal to lock it if someone forgot to leave it unlocked???!!! Good thing I was not the owner or some undercover boss roaming around. Hell, if the owner reads this, maybe you cand send a nephew over to scout this place up! You need a change of SWA(Staffs With Attitude!). And by the way, when I went there, there's hardly anyone eating inside. Kinda looked like a pile of Sh+, with a couple of flies flyin around!!!!...
Read moreI wish I could write a more positive review because the food was excellent. Unfortunately, the service and atmosphere left much to be desired. This was my second and final visit. Mario, who works the morning shifts, consistently displays a negative and entitled attitude. His role is to create a welcoming environment for customers, yet he often comes across as unhappy and unapproachable. But this second time he has crossed too many boundaries. It's especially disheartening when service affects a child's feelings. During our visit, my son, who is on the spectrum, felt unwelcome due to Mario's rude behavior. All he wanted was a simple refill, but when the ice dispenser dropped ice, Mario yelled at him. The machine is designed for that purpose, and there’s even a tray for spills.
