There’s always only one female employee who looks like she’s sick of her job , says they don’t have things they clearly have (just because she’s lazy) and is incredibly rude. today i walked out on this young woman because she made an incredibly rude comment all because i added an ice cream at check out all while i was about to spend $30 on two ice creams. luckily i didn’t pay yet and when i asked if i can speak to her manager she made a stank face and walked to the back . ? i don’t understand why work somewhere if you are obviously unhappy. i hope the manager sees this and at least hires someone to help her so she isn’t always making smart comments and in a bad mood she seemed like she has been serving ice cream all her life and is sick of it . (she looks about 19) also definitely never coming back and i am not ashamed to say i took the ice cream without paying as an act of protest against your terrible employees , i will never come back here again and if i do it will only be to waste this woman’s time like she did mine when i waited 20 minutes for her to finish making two ice creams and she still had the audacity to make a rude comment to...

Alright here’s my note to owner: find out who sells the ice cream buckets to baskin robins cause these ones you sell here are bad low quality and stinky no bueno no good another note when it comes to hiring I recommend you hire nice people or have cameras facing your employees cause that stinky face they be giving which I mean now that I think about it might come from them smelling the ice cream but the attitude they give that’s from them so please hire nice welcoming happy people that want to work there it’s about the experience too if they were nice I would’ve probably forgot about how nasty the ice cream is so yeah that’s all I got. They overcharged me. The prices went up, and the worst part is that I ordered 3 mangoneadas at $11.50 each, and the employee charged me for 4 not 3. I also ordered 4 paletas de leche that day. I didn't pay attention to my receipt until I got home, so please check your receipts before leaving. the employee didn't welcome me well.
