Dec 17 2024 at 4:21PM me and my girlfriend came to eat here but she couldn't hold her pee, she wanted to pee before we order our food, so I asked the cashier for the bathroom code for the women's bathroom for she could pee while I wait in line, well on 12-17-2024 exactly at 4:21 PM I asked the young Mexican cashier for the bathroom code for my gf could pee and we could order dine afterwards, the young Mexican kid didn't want to provide me the women's bathroom code to unlock the bathroom unless we Order 1st, he demanded for me to order and even skipped the people that haven't even ordered but was waiting on line before me just to be able to take my order Just for he could provide a women's bathroom code, so if you check the surveillance cameras you will see a dark skin women that been waiting in line before me stepped up and said "I was in line 1st" so anyway my girlfriend couldn't relieve herself to be able to order her food comfortably so we had to leave since I just didn't want to order anything, I did want the diablo sandwich but me and her normally share so what about if she didn't want that type of sandwich with what ever else I had in mind, so you deserve to speake to that employee to make customers feel comfortable instead of uncomfortable, I was the guy with gray sweat pants & a black T-shirt, I'm (light skin Hispanic) and my girlfriend was wearing a white sweater with black leggings (she's African American) so may you please talk to him since my gf be having bladder problems and we REALLY WANTED TO EAT HERE,! Read moreI went there in the evening to order food, with my siblings and a friend, and we were immediately grossed out by a large pile of french fries laying on the floor in the kitchen area. As we waited in line, we noticed that the staff ignored the pile, and repeatedly stepped over it, and walked around it as they were filling orders! I decided not to order anything for myself because it grossed me out. I did pay for a friend's meal. My brother asked them to clean up the fries because it made him uncomfortable with ordering. They apologized to him and cleaned it up. After we got the food, we left to my sister's house, around the corner. The friend in which I purchased the food was disappointed because I ordered him a chicken sandwich, but when he opened his bag, he was given a double cheeseburger. He doesn't eat beef and was mortified. We kindly walked back to the establishment and gave the burger back, and requested they provide the correct sandwich. The manager apologized and had a new sandwich prepared for my friend. While we waited, we witnessed the manager place the burger back under the heat lamp instead of throwing it away! He was going go resell the burger to someone else! We were disgusted with their unsanitary practices. My sister and brother complained to us about their food, once we returned to the apartment. They said their food tasted old and stale. And we informed them of what we witnessed when we were waiting for them to prepare the correct sandwich for my friend. I purchased two combos and asked for sauce but said they couldn’t give me any which I didn’t understand why and were upset that they had to give it to me. As I’m walking away, they thought I didn’t understand Spanish and began saying disrespectful slurs. The second incident occurred when I purchased two ranch dipping sauces and was charged $2. I didn’t realize until after I looked at the receipt. Once I realized, I approached the manager and asked her why was I charged $2 for 2 sauces and she claimed I only gave her $1 when I actually indeed give her $2 as she had given me $0.07 cents back. She then claimed she had to count her box and began doing so in front of me. After counting her box, she then went to say she had to review cameras. Anyone would be bothered in this situation, so I just asked for my $2 back and gave the two dipping sauces back. The manager Sandra T. and employees all began making faces and speaking in Spanish not knowing I myself am a Hispanic woman. She rudely just handed me the $2 back and kept my receipt. It is very unprofessional and unpleasant to experience this.
