I want you to understand that my review should be taken as an opportunity to learn and train.
I walked in at 8pm were i waited 15 mins to be told that they would be with me in a few minutes.
The cashier was stressed and asking her team for help and there was no urgency to help her. She was stressing out and apologized to me for waiting. I told her not to worry and to take her time because I understand how demanding food service is.
The one cashier looked to be tasked with charging customers , serving food and taking the on line orders.
Her team had no urgency to help support her or give hospitality to customers like myself or now the three others behind me.
She was still working with the other 4 that had been waiting.
The cook was visually struggling to get food out and the lady next to him in black did not seem to grasp what was going on nor reciprocated any direction to the team.
By this time the team member that had been called multiple times had come out and he seemed bother to be called to help.
Also after ordering and waiting for my 3 plate combos to be ready I was today they no longer serve fried rice after a certain time even though I had asked and was told it would be a 10 minutes wait.
Overall this Panda needs help in training and leadership. This isn’t what I’m used to coming from panda inn and pandas across the board.
Do t want to get people in trouble just thought you need some feedback so you can improve.

I ordered directly through pandaexpress.com which was easy but delivery guy was late by 12 minutes. I opened the containers as soon as I received them and noticed the food has been tampered with. I ordered 6 different entrées (3x 2 entrée plates) and only received 4 entrées. The fried rice and chow mein looked as if they've been eaten. Broccoli beef had barely any beef. Didn't get ANY orange chicken or honey sesame chicken breast. (See pictures) Called the restaurant and spoke with Eunice (AM) and without any apologies whatsoever she started to blame me and the 3rd party delivery service for this incident. Eunice had a very bad attitude and didn't help out a customer at all. It was very frustrating speaking with her. She just kept repeating look at the receipt and find out who delivered to you.. when in my receipt, there's no information on 3rd party whatsoever. She kept talking about UberEats when later I found out that my order has been delivered with DoorDash. I always order from this location for my parents and this never happened before. She needs to be trained better on how to deal with customer service and lose the attitude. I am never ordering from this location again.

Read moreI come to this location on my lunch because it’s close to my job. The customer service today was horrible. I came in and there was a couple in front of me. The server, Matt helped them out and then began to work on three orders they had received. I was on a call while waiting to be attend. As time passed and three other people behind me waited, I asked Matt again when I could be helped. He replied that it would just be a moment and continued with what he was doing. While I continued to wait, another server, Marie came and continued to prep other orders. I asked her is she could help me and was dismissed. Her attitude when replying to me was not what I expected. It seemed like there were sufficient people working for them to let four people wait in line. When I asked to speak to Marie’s manager she mumbled something and did not want to involve her manager. After asking again she brought Ollie and I informed him of Marie’s rude attitude. Marie continued to be rude while I was talking to Ollie which I find disappointing.
