El Pollo Loco — Restaurant in Los Angeles

Highly disappointed with management. I placed a large order on their website for delivery as I can not drive. I paid the delivery fee and tipped well. I am missing large items from my order so of course I called the store to let them know. They told me no one was available to help and to call later. I called later and spoke to a lady who said she was looking for my order, I waited for her for a few minutes just for a male to pick up the phone and I had to repeat myself. There solution was for me to place another online order, pay the delivery fee (plus another top for the driver of course) and they would just add that to the order. That doesn't work for me. Spend more to get what I already paid for ? Then I was told to just come get the order, which I told them I can not drive over. I asked for a simple refund and they denied that. There needs to be a better policy in place for these issues. But also staff needs to ensure that every item a customer pays for needs to be put in the bag. Please do better El pollo Loco. I will reach out to corporate as I am not paying for food I did...

Unfortunately I too have had kind of bad experience at this location. As a matter of fact today I noticed a few orders being called well mine was still sitting there. When I walked over to the counter Yenny assisted me and immediately gave me my food without hesitation. I had ordered a double chicken nachos and notice that might not just had no chicken whatsoever. I once again was assisted by Yenny and without hesitation she took care of the problem. Before being done eating my daughter has to go to the restroom and who happened to be in the area..Yenny. not only was she attentive to customer service she was attentive to the safety of my daughter and make sure that my daughter locked the door. It is staff members like her that definitely stand out and redeem the bad reviews. I can't say that they do need to focus a little more I'm keeping an eye on the transiants coming in. Soy muy selecionista y me gusta pagar por lo que me van a servir.soy certificada como manager de Hoteleria y Restaurante y esta vez el Pollo Loco me decepciono. les cuento Hoy 12/20/19 llege con mi esposo a cenar eran como las 4:50 pm.Bien llege y nos atendio un chico que de echo nos dio un super mal servicio porque no habia gente y el estaba tomando nuestra. Orden muy de prisa ni terminabamos de contestar cuando estaba preguntando otra cosa y se movia mucho como si le desesperaramos y esa actitud me hiso sentir incomoda,Nos dio el baso de soda y mi esposo y yo ava zamos a la maquina de soda y estaba una persona trabajador@ limpiando donde esta las tapaderas de las sodas y tirando el hielo del colador que tiene donde se pone el vaso para llenar de soda,le di su espacio pero ella sabiendo que estabamos esperando se tardo cuando se hiso a un lado para limpiar la pared chica que esta a lado de la maquina de soda limpio desde la mitad de la pared asta abajo la moldura. Y para en ese entonces yo estaba por el bar de salsas que tienen ahi, luego dijo con un modo no adecuado de que le diera permiso pero andaba muy acelerad@y con el mismo trapo que limpio la maquina de la soda todo ahi la pared y moldura ,con ese mismo trapo paso a limpiar donde se encuentran las salsas que de echo estaban destapadas y toco las orillas de los container donde estaban dichos condimentos,bueno me molesteeee mucho mucho,por que se lo que eso puede significar para la salud de todos aquellos que tenemos problema con el sistema inmune, ho ninos oh ,ancianos.aun asi dije wowwww y me sente en la mesa que mi esposo y yo escojimos, pues andaba como loca con una escoba barriendo y dijo que le dieramos permiso y andaba casi varriendome los pies y dije vaya ,wow me quede muy sorprendida por que se notaba muy perdida y senti como que no le an ensenado la importancia de el servicio al cliente ,ho de plano necesita recivir entrenamiento,su actitud me super molesto me levante aprovechando que ella me andaba barriendo los pies casi y me fui a la area de las salsa nueva mente y llego haya y volvio a decirme que le diera permiso y andaba haciendo movimientos bruscos que de echo las personas quienes estaban ahi se les quedo viendo.y entre enojo coraje que senti impotencia por que se lo que es trabajar sirviendo a los clientes que uno debe de hacerlos sentir bien, y sobre todo servir comida como si le estuvieras sirviendo a tus propios hijos ho de plano si no tienen,servir al cliente como te gustaria que te sirvan a ti.pero esta persona le falta mucho para tener el entusiasmo por el servicio al cliente, las actitudes vale mil veces que desearle un exelente dia a alguien,y al final me fije en la plaquita que tenia ,su nombre y decia que se llamaba CRYSTINA.NOVALELA PENA ESTAR COMPRANDO VIRUS PARA DESPUES HACER TRABAJAR A LOS DOCTORES PARA QUE LO VEAN A UNO EN EL HOSPITAL POR FALTA DE HIGIENE Y PERSONA QUE NO PIENSAN EN LA SALUD DE...
