Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Los Angeles

Nov 17th 7:30pm suddenly wanted some warm Cinnabon rolls I place an order online… They forgot to put the frosting I called them when I got home They told me to bring the receipt and a picture the girl told they would gave me another one I was happy since I like to eat them warm I ask her if they would be ready when I get there just to pick them up and if I should bring the Cinnabons back too, she said it was okay they just needed the picture … (I was hungry! ) When I got there the girl look confused like she didn’t just talked on the phone with me… she asked for a receipt I place the order online and I threw the receipt but I had the email confirmation Cinnabons weren’t ready she didn’t even put the new order or even talk to the manager She saw the picture went to talk to the manager who was decorating for Xmas they talked for a long time… then she came just to tell me that the only thing she could do was to give me the icing because I didn’t have the receipt They made me feel like I was trying to get free food because of their mistake I just wanted some warm freaking Cinnabon rolls I should have just ask for my money back Now I have a side of icing with cold, hard rolls I don’t blame the girl who helped me she look new but the manager? awful...

update: I gave it another chance and not much has changed however their eat in price is ridiculous 1 large 2 topping pizza $25 to eat in I have been to other pizza huts and their price is not over inflated main reaso they have no posted menu they charge you whatever they want I must say I'm disappointed, it is so dark inside empty and there are no signs pf specials, the girl showed me a torn paper of the specials it has a dingy smell it is a sorry restaurant they also charge a "service fee" what ever that is overall it is just not even close to what pizza hut should be or look like not a place where you want to bring your family on a family night, the taste was also not up to pizza hut standard it had this clorox taste the service however the cashier and the lady that brought the pizza to the table were very courteous it is the reason why I gave it 2 stars instead of 1 when I asked for a cup for water they said they don't have cups...

I love Pizza Hut but today was my first time ordering from this location and it was extremely disappointing! My husband and I ordered a large pizza and 16 piece wings. By the time we got home (we live about 5 minutes away) the pizza was so cold that it just started falling apart. It’s like they didn’t cook it long enough or the dough was old? The cheese looked as if it was sitting on the pizza for hours. The pizza was soo stale!! Simply unexceptionable compared to the pizza I am use to getting from the temple location. If we thought the pizza was bad the wings were worst they were so dry and small and by small I mean tiny! That definitely should not be considered a 16 piece. I am simply disappointed with the quality of the food from this location. I will never buy pizza from this Pizza Hut again, if I could give it zero...
