Carl’s Jr. — Restaurant in Los Angeles

Updated review: Went in recently with a bunch of kids and got a lot of food. This included 4 orders of the 2 for $5 chicken stars. This meant 8 bags of 6 stars. My friend counted and there where 7. I counted also and yup, only 7. Go to the counter and the guy who took our order was super nice. He let another lady know who, I guess, was in charge what happened. She said she counted them herself. I told her she was welcome to come and count. She refused but continued to say that she had counted all of them. I asked if she thought I was trying to ripp them off. She just kept saying she counted all of them and being argumentative. She was definitely insinuating that we were trying to steal, for what, $2.50??? I was also purchasing another drink at this time that was $3 bucks. It was so ridiculous that she would even say that to a paying customer who had just spent at least $60 dollars. I updated to 3 stars because the employee at the register was so nice and so was the lady who brought our food to the table. But the other lady was so incredibly rude and awful at her job. She should not be in customer service if she doesn't know how to deal with people. I do understand people make mistakes but then don't accuse others of stealing because you made a mistake.

The person who took my order got one thing wrong. I caught it at the window when I read my receipt. The employee was so nice and said they would exchange it no problem and didn't even charge me the difference (wasn't much). I had a large order so they asked me to wait in a parking spot. I obliged as to not hold up the line. My order was brought to me within 3 mins and it was all correct including the mischarged item. They also hooked me with sauces. Food...

Like a year ago my fam. And I had lunch at this Carl's on 6th st. One thing I didn't like was that the lady that clean the tables the bathroom, delivered our food I didn't like that I think cashiers supposed to do that at that time they were not busy, I felt sorry for the old lady because she was nervous is not her job!! She took my food to another table then I call her and I told her that's was our food I was so upset 😭 not with the old lady, I was mad at the cashiers.I think this is not right,her job is cleaning not delivering food. I was going to send a review but then I forgot. Today I decide to take my sister,my daughter, it happened the same the same old lady delivered my food, it wasn't busy there cashiers could do their job also I order a coffee I want a refill and they didn't have the coffee pot in the soda station they always keep it there, I think 🤔 these employees are lazy the don't like to be making coffee ☕ also is dirty a guy had a dog and he washed his hands in the soda 🥤 station that's gross. I love the famous Star, is my favorite .usually I go to the Carl's that is on Western and 5th st because is clean and employees...

I went yesterday and there was a girl that had the best of attitudes, after I had gone to two food market stores to see if they could give me dollars for quarters and to my disbelief and shock, not that they don't do that, but that they won't. I'm so speechless of how little people are willing to help or assist someone else. They didn't have any shame on saying no and with a big bull frog face. You would have thought I was asking for a kidney. Well the girl at the restaurant was so nice and patient of course I explained my form paying before ordering or just dump 12.23$ in quarters on the counter, it took her less than two mins. Didn't made feel bad, or embarrassed with a gesture, nope genuine smile and just an angel. I can appreciate good customer service.
