Only giving a two star because the sauce tasted ok and the service wasn’t shabby. The policy for the all you can eat is ridiculous. It’s one platter, it’s not each person can order their own bag. So if you’re with people who want spicy, and you don’t want spicy, wellp I guess you just gotta eat the spicy because they don’t allow you do customize it personally, it’s one platter for everybody. And i know what you’re thinking, “I’ll just order their all you can eat, and everybody else can order something else right?” Wrong. The only way you can do the all you can eat you can is if everybody in the party does it. And if you came by yourself, they don’t allow you to do it. Has to be at least two people. Just absolutely a mess bro. SMH. And then, you have no say in the platter, but they charge you by the pound for what you don’t eat (they charge you on your second order, they let us take home what was left of our first order)..so i don’t eat crawfish, but they won’t switch it out for anything else, but will charge me extra for the leftover crawfish? Ok. A joke. Then, the menu for the all you can eat says the crabs are not included but are half off if you want to include, stingy but ok cool how much is MP for the crab? I know you guys are thinking probably like $17-$30 for a pound of snow crab legs right? Bro they were charging $45 a POUND FOR SNOW CRAB. So when they give you the “half off” it’s really market price. Absolutely terrible. Then they gave us the snow crab legs and the clusters were super small and thin, and had little meat in them. Complete ripoff borderline scammy pricing structure and lastly, there are only two sauce options, and if you want them both combined, there’s an extra charge of $1 for that. Why are you charging me to blend the spices together? Something that you have to do no matter what I order…don’t recommend at all. I’m not even going to go into detail about the small shrimp size and how they overcooked them,...
Read moreI recently dined at Oh My Crab, and I must say, this place is an absolute gem for anyone who loves Cajun seafood. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with a warm, friendly atmosphere that sets the stage for a fantastic dining experience. The menu is a seafood lover’s dream come true, offering a wide array of Cajun-inspired dishes that are bursting with flavor. I decided to go with the seafood boil, and it did not disappoint. The shrimp, crab, and crawfish were all incredibly fresh and cooked to perfection. The seasoning was spot on, delivering that perfect blend of spicy, tangy, and savory that Cajun cuisine is known for. The addition of corn, potatoes, and sausage in the boil made it even more hearty and satisfying. What really stood out to me was the attention to detail in every dish. The garlic butter sauce was to die for, adding a rich, buttery finish to the already flavorful seafood. The portions were generous, and the prices were very reasonable considering the quality and quantity of food you get.The staff at Oh My Crab also deserve a shoutout. They were attentive, knowledgeable, and made sure that our dining experience was top-notch from start to finish. Whether you’re a seafood aficionado or just someone looking to try something new, Oh My Crab is definitely worth a visit. In a nutshell, if you’re in the mood for some seriously delicious Cajun seafood, look no further than Oh My Crab. Read moreI recently visited Oh My Crab, hoping to enjoy a nice seafood meal as a single mother. Unfortunately, my experience was anything but pleasant. From the moment I arrived, I felt an unsettling vibe from the staff, particularly the waitress, who repeatedly insisted that I needed to place orders for two people. I tried to clarify what she meant, but instead of understanding, I was met with condescension.
When I expressed my frustration and explained that I was dining alone, she bluntly stated that I had to pay for two people if I wanted to eat there. This was not only humiliating but also felt discriminatory. I simply wanted to enjoy a meal, just like any other customer, but it seemed that my status as a single mother was an issue.
It was disheartening to see how the restaurant is struggling. The space has been divided into two separate dining areas, and during my visit, there was only one table occupied. It’s clear that this business is not thriving, and with such treatment of potential customers, it’s hard to see how it will survive much longer.
I strongly advise against visiting Oh My Crab. My experience was not just disappointing; it was a reminder of how some establishments fail to treat all customers with respect and dignity. Save your money and look for a place that values everyone, regardless of their...
