The only way I will ever go back to this place is if I get a refund. So i’ve been to this place about 4×. For hands and toes. The first time I had a good experience on my toes but a bad experience on my hands, the lady which I do not know her name who did my hands made them very, very thin with the machine my nails normally lasts over one month, especially because I get HARD GEL! But when I come to this place, they only last one week and a half and they start breaking and it’s because the lady uses the machine too long on my nails to remove the nail polish. She does not remove the nail polish like normal nail salons does!! She uses the machine instead it makes my nails very thin . keep in mind i’ve been getting my nails done since I was 15 years old meaning I’ve gone to 20 plus places I have never ever had a bad experience ever in my life until I came to this place. I don’t normally leave bad reviews unless I really dislike the service. But I really have to complain . So the first time I said whatever’s maybe it was my nails but boy was I wrong the second time another lady did my nails so no complaints . But the third time. I saw the girl again and she did my hands and I told her my situation and she still did them very very thin AGAIN and they broke within a week. that is when I decided to go to the nail place and I spoke to the owner. The owner said they could give me a discount I don’t know how much because I never went back. I never went back for the refill . I went somewhere else and finally decided to come back again after 4 months . I went back again November 22 Friday around 10 AM. That’s when they open. Keep in mind I NEVER ASKED FOR THE DISCOUNT I ignored it because I just felt very bad and I do not like complaining like this. Anyways What a coincidence the same girl that keeps messing up my nails is there. Reason I’m stating the time and date is so the owner checks the cameras and sees the girl who did my nails. She was the only one there at the time until her coworkers started walking in 20 minutes later I was the first customer that day And of course now my toes and my hands are falling apart. They are broken. Even after getting HARD GEL. Within a week and a half. How is that possible?? I have never experienced this in my life. and it’s only been one week and a half. I still tipped her because I’m not an ass but I will never ever go back again. Only way I will is if I get a free nail set, I am a loyal customer But with this situation I won’t ever go back. Very very disappointed. Waist of my money and time .!!! My hands 4 of my nail fingers are breaking already. And my toe as well!! They bend so...

I am writing this review on behalf of my girlfriend who can be non-confrontational to a fault sometimes. DO NOT ever go here if you are not Korean. Unless you want to be treated like you're a second class citizen when you're overpaying for nails. And you want to be cut up and have chemicals poured over your open wound. And you want to be taken advantage of for not being Korean. And you want them to talk badly about you as soon as you leave.

She recently got her nails done here and I paid for them. $160. Then I get a text from her that they are complaining about not receiving a tip. Valid, I suppose. You gotta make your tips. When you're being paid $160 to do nails I suppose that's not enough. So I sent a $5 tip.

However, upon her coming home and hearing of the horror freak show that went down in this "establishment", I am genuinely concerned for every non-Korean that steps in this building. I don't know how they treat their Korean customers, but this place sure as hell can't be in business without them!

They cut her nails up with the drill and went over her skin, causing her to bleed. She is not the type to speak up or seek confrontation so she didn't say anything about it in the moment. The nail tech cut up her cuticles, completely ignored that it happened, and then proceeded to paint hot sealant chemicals over her bleeding nails. Oh, and she also got up over 6 times during this session to take phone calls.

Also, she overheard the staff talking * about a customer as soon as they left. Can you guess? They were not Korean. Genuinely racist establishment. I'm glad that my girlfriend takes Korean classes so that she can hear our community throwing dirt on themselves. Apparently she didn't even speak much during her visit where she probably over $200 (mani+pedi) to get * talked as soon as they leave.

And after all this, they have the GALL to ask for a tip when they're charging $160 to injure someone. I am baffled and disappointed in the Korean-American community. I am embarrassed to be associated with these people running a so-called business but have zero intention of taking care of their customers if they don't look Korean. What is amazing to me is a simple APOLOGY was the furthest thing from their small minds.

I don't remember the last time I've written a yelp review, I had to make an account to do this. I am providing proof of her cut up skin near her thumbnail. The rest of her nails are in pain. When she washes her hands it stings.

My girlfriend is an angel, bless her, but if I were there genuinely I would have lost my **.

I am one of those people who do not leave negative reviews unless it’s a significantly terrible experience that makes me feel obligated to warn others so they don’t suffer the same experience. I’ve been getting manicures every 3 weeks for the last decade of my life and this was one of the worst ones so far.

This review is for Jane at this salon only. I worked with a male tech last time I came who did a great job. But this time with Jane, she was really rough with doing my nails, very careless.. cut my finger and made me bleed in multiple places. She was using an electronic filing tool to shape my gel manicure and she let the tool slip and cut into the side of my finger. See photos. This is my worst fear when I get my nails done.. the tech is careless and makes me bleed. I had anxiety the whole time she was doing my manicure for the rest of the time and my fingers were hurting.

Also, I purposefully picked a very simple design for her to do and she still charged me $30 on top for design. The total cost was $90 for this simple design. It’s literally a few hearts and random dots. Wouldn’t give me any discount after I asked, even after cutting my finger. Couldn’t wait to get out of there. Won’t be going back, do not recommend...
