Due to our late flight, we didn’t arrive at the accommodation until 1am. When checking in, we met with a lady who we had to phone for 30 minutes before our arrival. The lady made me and my friends stand outside the elevator whilst she took a phone call outside - as 3 young girls, we were quite conspicuous of this as we didn’t understand why the woman had to step outside to take a phone call regarding our check-in. When she came back, she informed we had been upgraded to the room we had originally booked; one bedroom with a sofa bed. No idea what we were going to get without the upgrade… by this point, me and my friends just wanted to go to sleep. After the lady showed us the key fob situation which was actually pretty good, we settled in, and when my friend started making the sofa bed, she found a lot of hairs all over the sheets and with massive stains on! The next morning, we tried to cook breakfast and make hot drinks, and found a literal joint underneath the kettle. Because of all these occurrences, including finding dirt on the kitchen floor looking like it hadn’t been swept in a few weeks, we requested a cleaning service whilst we were out that day. Hours passed and we returned back to the accommodation to find less dirty sheets but still not up to standard, the floor had improved but overall we still not were satisfied, especially as the accommodation we considered to be quite pricey for what we were getting because the location didn’t even justify the price either. On our second night, someone overdosed right outside the building in the parking lot so the first responders paid a visit to the building with their flashing lights and sirens at night. In addition to the bed situations, wine bottle caps were found underneath the sofa bed and double bed in the private room. This was super uncomfortable and only had been given 2 pillows to share! The TV remote failed to work so had to switch the TV on/off every time at the actual station. The lounge curtain railing managed to fall off its hinges onto the floor whilst attempting to draw the curtains. With the kitchen, laundry pods and dishwasher pods were provided hut only one glass dish was provided to cook meals in, including breakfast, lunch and dinner. Read moreI checked into this property on January 17, 2025, and was assigned Room 638. Upon arrival, I immediately noticed a cockroach infestation, with cockroaches crawling throughout the kitchen, bedroom walls, and floors. I promptly notified the host, Chinor, who informed me that there were no other properties available at the same location. She offered me an alternative property 15 minutes away; however, this location did not include a reserved parking spot, which I had already paid for in full for the entire stay.
Due to the unacceptable condition of the original property and Stayspro’s failure to provide suitable accommodations that met the expected standards for the price I paid, I checked out and requested a full refund, including the fee paid for parking. I later received a call from a representative named Angel from the Stayspro office, who assured me that he would escalate the issue to management and follow up with me.
Since then, I have sent two additional follow-up emails to Stayspro, but as of today, January 30, 2025, I have not received any response. I also contacted Booking.com customer service, who informed me that they would reach out to the property to request a refund.
The cockroach infestation at this property made my experience extremely unpleasant and unacceptable. Beyond the discomfort, this situation raises serious concerns about hygiene and health standards at this property. Furthermore, the unprofessional and unresponsive approach of Stayspro’s management in resolving this issue has been deeply disappointing.

No responses to emails, no money. I have raised a dispute with Booking.com and am going through a chargeback claim with my credit card providers at the same time.
