Carl’s Jr. — Restaurant in Los Angeles

It been years since I gone to a Carl's Jr like over 10 years but today was finally the day I went back. My wife wanted their Charbroiled Sante Fe chicken sandwich since l was already going to be in the plaza this store is in. I saw that the drive thru line was busy in the morning so I just parked my car in the front and walked inside. There was no one in line but it took like 5 minutes before someone walked over to the counter to take my order. I was able to put in my wife Santa Fe sandwich order in and I also got her a small side of fries as well. The prices are higher here but I think it's common knowledge now. I looked at their dining area and it's pretty spacious. My order was ready within like 5 minutes or so and I took it to go. I ate the fries and thought they were just okay. I tried my wife Santa Fe Chicken Sandwich and that was alright. My wife like it and you get a good portion size if the sandwich so I guess you get your money...

I come to this Carl’s about once or twice a week and have always received top quality service. But then again, I can say this for just about every place I visit, because I always treat people the same way I want to be treated. With kindness and respect. I’ve had the odd mistake in my order here and there, and instead of returning to the store angry or upset, I simply explain the issue to the person in charge, and the matter gets resolved quickly with no worries. All it takes is a kind word and a smile when you want to resolve an issue with someone. The staff at this Carl’s should all get a raise in pay for what they gotta put up with. NYDIA, MERCEDES, PEDRO, & CARLOS have all been very polite and professional whenever I’ve dined there. So thanks guys for all your patience. Cheers & dog...

Picked up my girls after school and we went to Carl’s Jr.. No line got our orders fast. I just felt like they were rushing so good thing I checked cause we were missing One order of onion rings. So I asked the lady and showed her the bag saying that we only have one onion rings but I paid for too. When she looked at our Receipt she saw that we were missing one. As we got home the onion rings she was soooo salty my daughter couldn’t it. The other onion ring was cold . My fried zucchini was soft and not even hot. The milk shakes we ordered looked sloppy. This place changed for the worst. It’s like they need more workers or hire ones that care and not cheat the line times. Lol Presentation is key. So when you give me my order I excepted it to be Quality. $60 I spent only the soda was cold...
