Horrible experience. And Iā€™m not one to complain but this location sucks. Every time i get the Oreo shakes here they always skimp me and itā€™s always really water and melted not good at all and plus the people who work there are not very accommodating and claimed that the shakes are ā€œpremadeā€ as to where other locations Iā€™ve watched them make the shake in front of my eyes and they shouldnā€™t be premade it should be freshly made especially since itā€™s supposed to be fresh like come on. Get it together people I love the shakes here but not this location for sure 0 stars highly donā€™t recommend.

All the 5 star reviews are so fake šŸ˜‚ No toilet seat, door doesn't shut to stall door doesn't lock to bathroom. But you will charge $17+ for a double western bacon combo. Poor quality and customer experience. Can't use the restroom. So I decided to not eat here, they have a nice restroom just for the staff. šŸ‘Ž Don't respond to this comment asking me to do your job and follow up on this through a link..Do your job and read the feedback..then fix your restaurant

I regularly visit Carl's Jr. on Roscoe Blvd. & De Soto Ave. in Canoga Park, CA because of the AMAZING staff and great food. I am always happy to enjoy great portions and a fresh meal, but this staff is superb and a pleasant group of people. Devora, Reynaldo and the staff are among the finest people you will ever come across, making you feel valued and appreciated as a customer. The restaurant is always clean and in order, the drive through is a fast and enjoyable experience. I go out of my way to take my business to this location because of their great staff and I always leave feeling satisfied. My experience at this Carl's Jr was very horrible. On 12/23/17, 1:01am, store# 1100509. I bought one large chicken club combo and a large california classic combo, six min after driving I got home to eat my meal. As I took out my order from the bag. I noticed the chicken club combo they gave me thick cut fries instead of regular cut fries to make matters worse it didn't have no salt what so ever. Both burgers were cold also I heated one burger in the microwave but the bread became soggy and fell apart. I didn't enjoy my meal what so ever. They even forgot to include ketchup. The Carl's Jr on shermanway and milwood ave is way better than this one on De soto and Roscoe. I will not be coming back anymore to the Carl's Jr on Roscoe...

This location was horrible. I ordered fish sandwich....there was barely a 1/2 teaspoon of tarter sauce so I took one bite and it was dry.I took it back up to counter and the woman Maria ( the manager she says) You want your money back? I just wanted more tarter sauce, and she says you ordered too much food that is why you return it, I'm giving you your money back ....WTH? so I took the money and as I wheeled away in my wheelchair she said in Spanish to the other employee that I ate the sandwich and wanted my money back.....so I had my Spanish speaking friend go talk to her. We watched her cough all over food then touch food and money without wiping her hands...
