Chef's Corner Pizzeria — Restaurant in Los Angeles

I am so disappointed in this place. My family and I have enjoyed the food ever since we moved to San Pedro over a year ago. This past Saturday my sister was visiting from out of state and i wanted her and her family to enjoy the food here as much as my family has. I called ahead since it was some what late and arrived to pick up the order 30 minutes after order was placed. I paid for my order the cashier Christian said 3 to 4 minutes and over heard them arguing about my order cashier telling cook he hadnt started order because he was busy watching a soccer game, the cook started my order after I paid and said 7 to 10 minutes. I asked the cook why was being given different times since I called ahead so I wouldn't have to wait. He was upset I was questioning the time to where cook told cashier to give me my money back if I was going to be complaining. I requested manager to which I was told there was no manager available at the moment. I called again today more about my refund than the very bad customer service and was told there was no manager and didn't know when there was going to be one available, which is very...

I had an absolute stellar experience with this place. My girlfriend and I were celebrating our 5th year anniversary and wanted to head to a beach spot but wanted food. We took a gamble and found this hidden gem. The prices were amazingly affordable for how much I ordered. The timing of the wait was reasonable and accurate to the estimate given to me. Once we got to our destination we were taken away by the taste of the pizza. The texture of the sauce, the cheese being just right, and enough dough to make my heart content. The potato wedges were nice and crispy and full of seasoning. And the same for the chicken tenders. Great pizza! Can never go wrong with their cheese or pepperoni, but I highly recommend the buffalo pizza specialty; it has that buffalo flavor with some kicks that gives it a full taste. Also the cheesy bread. A must for cheese lovers.

The only downside is you'll probably be driving to pick it up yourself. I've heard of minimum prices to deliver and delivery fees. That's no problem for me. But raising prices on the food itself when it's delivery is just ridiculous.

Picking up 2 large pizzas could run you about $20-$30 max. Before tip, delivery will ramp up to at least $40. I live close, so I don't mind too much, but it's just a business practice I don't stand behind.
