Superior Grocers — Local services in Los Angeles

So I came here to buy a few things, sandwich cheese, R.C. cola, and turkey breast slices.. and knew I had enough.. but when the cashier paisa lady rang me up, I seen that she was charging me 1.79 when the sign clearly said .99 , when I told her that to do please do a price check, she stood quite and said nothing so then I talked to her in Spanish and still no response so then I told her why is she charging me 1.79 .. she said cause of taxes lol.. .99 + .10 crv and tax soda should be 1.29 not 1.79.. and when I told her that she still would say anything so then another cashier came and gave her a barcode not to fix the price but to take off the item.. I told her no did you not hear what I requested.. I want the item still and you need to fix the price.. she never acknowledged us and never tried to make things right .. the name on the receipt says A. PRADO. the only thing she did tell us is have a nice day and I hope you like the security help. Once I talked to the manager. He was backing her up . Didn't want to listen to what we said, cutting us off when we were talking and tried to tell us that they have specials when you buy 3 of them.. well sign the sign did not say that and I showed it to him and said oh we made a mistake.. you damn sure you did.. I'll never go back here again and hope weights and measures does their job.. they like to rob people with there false advertisements.. shame on them .. their customer service sux!! I rather go to the one on 1st and bandini... never had...

Wish I could give zero or minus stars. This store is stealing from its customers. I have seen few comments here mentioning cashier trickery and straight up putting high price for items that is lot higher than the label placed in the shelves. Today, I got some grocessories and snacks from here. The bill came to around $62 (bit higher than expected) I came home and checked the bill and found that they charged me for cheeries ($5/lb) instead the veggie I actually got "beets" ( $1.49/lb). So I ended up paying $12 instead of $4 or $5.

Don't get me started with the reusable plastic bags. If you bring the old reusable or bag of your own, the cashier does not even help with putting the groceries in. You need to pack it yourself. But if you pay $0.15 per bag the cashier packs everything.

It's funny cuz the purpose of reusable bags is to reuse them and reduce plastic. But the businesses (small and large) in California all use this to make customers pay extra for bags each...

THESE IF FOR THE NUMERO UNO ON SANPEDRO PPL DONT SHOP HERE GO WERE THEY VALUE UR SERVICE N UR MONEY ,,Really bad customer service , these dum cashiers think they can talk to u any way they pleased, it's ridiculous.& + when u wanna speak to the manager were she or him who knows dum cashiers kept on living the phone of the hook so it can sound busy ,, but that pregnant cashier now she deserves to get fire immediately,, she was so disrespectful ,, I have no words ,,,never never will I ever go to spend my money there again ,,
