Guy taking my order was talking too quiet to hear anything he said. Forgot what meat I asked for, then forgot what cheese I asked for within 2 minutes of asking me. Slopped the meat on without spreading it along the bread, then put the cheese down the middle of the bread when it should be along the meat. Asked the girl who took over the sandwich if she could straighten it out for me, and all she did was correct the cheese.. when my sandwich was finished and she tried to fold it, of course the bread ripped and it doesn't come together right. It's just a sandwich people, it's not that difficult. Really just wanted to walk out and leave the sandwich there. Won't be coming back to this...
Read moreOrdered a steak wrap, the lady asked how many scoops of steak to a co-worker no harm no foul until you see the scooper it was a joke definitely not the one that all the other subways use my "wrap" should have been a quesadilla. So she puts the 2 scoops of steak on my wrap and then takes some off my wrap. I know Subway is a franchise but they should really do QC "quality control" inspection's I would recommend going to another Subway. He asked for sweet onion sauce she added siracha sauce instead of remaking the sandwich because of her error she got upset and just took some off the siracha sauce and added the onion sauce. This man could be allergic to a ingredient in that sauce . This woman needs to be coached and retrained .
This customer literally just left so unsatisfied with his food .
This is not the first time ive watched her treat a customer this way.
