Tacos Super Gallito — Restaurant in Los Angeles

This place is the worse is the most incredibly slowest service around.

If I could give it a 0 rating I would..

It takes forever for them to come and take your order over the intercom. Then you have issues as far as them hearing you and understanding what you're trying to say.

So in most cases after standing in a long line as far sitting in your car you have to wait until you get to the window to actually place your order. Btw When I say long wait do you have 20 to 30 minutes to kill even if there's only 1-2 cars ahead of you?

I've gone to this place several times this year in the hopes that they would improve their service.

It has it is just gotten worse and I've decided I'm not going to this location any longer. You would be better off dealing with their taco truck across the street.

The only reason I'm not going to recommend it though because the truck staff's manners can be pretty bad and they can be kind of rude.

Sometimes I wonder if the management of Taco Super Gallito even cares about how their services are perceived. Perhaps they feel immune because they have so many trucks out there.

Perhaps they also should consider that there are other companies would allow trucks out there give way better service than their trucks. And the power of the Internet can make them known. Just like the power of the Internet can make it known to people how about how bad the service is at...

Uff, I love Super Gallito, but this location needs help. I ordered 2 carne asada tacos, a shrimp quesadilla and a green sauce wet burrito. As i drive up the guy is screaming at staff about the previous order, he charged me and didnt hand me a receipt. Then handed me a bag, didnt wait to see if i needed anything else(extra sauce) but did come back cause he had given me the wrong order, a lady came forward and gave me a SHRIMP BURRITO (I ordered quesadilla) and walked away, i try to stop her as she walks away then honk my horn to get her attention, she comes back and i explain i dont want this and she says that the guy had said i was fine with it, i also asked for the price difference which she said the shrimp quesadilla was more than the shrimp burrito i had paid for. Im sure this is not the case but i had been in the drive thru way too long at that point and did not feel like arguing further. Needless to say i will not...

I've ben there several times day, night n late night. Almost each time service sucks it's like they hired people who don't know how to talk to other people whether English or Spanish but only reason I go to this location is because it's close to home. Never again though will I come here, rather drive to the Wilmington location to get better service n my order right than to come here again. The reason it took me a bit to write this is because I came here for the 3rd time late night n they were closed way earlier than posted. The lady n cook were outside telling me in Spanish they were closed at a little before 1:30 tonight. I asked in English why are you closing early for yet again when I come than she raises her voice in Spanish saying something I don't know real fast so I just said change your times n took off after that. Food is good to me so not complaining about that but only...
