I had an incident at Chick Fil A on Wednesday the 15th of October. I had a great experience in the store and was headed home. As I was leaving the parking lot I was pulled over by the police. The officer said the drive thru employee yelled I was driving the wrong way. The path I took was clear as i headed south to David ave. (the drive thru exit) The officer asked if I had heard the employee yelling. I replied I did not. The officer then said the employee said I drove the wrong way. I was not cited for any traffic violations. I was giving a fix it a ticket for my license plate. Today the 17th I went back to the establishment to see if there was any signage i may have missed. As i suspect there was not. This is now an unsafe space for me. What can we do to make this a safer place for all customers. Getting pulled over for some is not as safe as it used to be. I'm curious is it Chick Fil A policy for employees to instigate parking lot...
Read moreTypically I would leave a great comment about my experience at this location...But today that's not happening. My wife and I pulled into the drive thru, sat for a minute, and then when it was our turn to order, she told the drive thru person ,"Sausage, egg and cheese biscuits meals". The drive thru worker said ," 2 number fives", my wife says ,"yes". We then proceed to the window, and it took forever to get our order at the window. Once we left ,i read the label on the sandwich for special orders, which read Sausage ,egg and cheese, but when I opened it , the item that was wrapped was sausage, egg and cheese on an English muffin. I was very disappointed, and also ,this let me know that either someone didn't QC the the food before it was wrapped, or someone just didn't clarify the order properly on the chik-fil-a end. Needless to say, I spent money on a breakfast that I couldn't enjoy. Don't know if I'll be back anytime soon....
Read moreI have had two bad experiences here. The first time, I made my way to the front of the 30 minute line without anyone taking my order. They thought it was hilarious. The gentleman who intentionally skipped me did not look like me. The second was today, I ordered online and it took me 1.5 hours to get my food. They refuse to serve my food at curbside and as I re entered the establishment a girl named Sarah rushed in and slammed the door in my face abruptly, followed by laughter. I observed my food sitting on the counter, a nearly $60 order. I asked the manager if that was my food he said yes. They remade my order and as I was leaving there was much more laughter. I was so excited to see a location in my neighborhood. I have never had these experiences at any other locations. It is disheartening. If you don’t service blacks. Say so. I hope no one else’s children have to starve while ppl play with their food and laugh...
